I am visiting here from California and I originally was going to go somewhere else to get my lil change done, but I called here and the guy told me that they, one, service my car, which is a Mercedes, and not everyone services them, and two, they would get it in and out in about 20 or 25 minutes. For me, that's like a dream because I'm usually sitting in the waiting areas for over an hour because of the wait. As soon as I walked in, i was greeted by the guy in the front, even though he was on a call. I had a view of my vehicle from the employee entrance and it was a nice sight to see them cleaning the windows, vacuuming the carpet, and doing multiple checks, which is not a usual thing with many different locations that I have been too.
Even though I don't live here, I'm super glad I came to these guys and I'm glad they were the ones to service my vehicle while I'm on my vacation. Super amazing experience! Thanks guys!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I went for an oil change and inspection. They didn't have the oil needed for my vehicle. One of the workers was literally smoking a cigarette while helping with my car. They were not going to put air in the tires until I asked. They didn't check the headlights cause just one day later my mom asked why my headlight was out. The inspection paper they gave me did not belong to my car so I have to go back. When I went the only guy " qualified" to print my paperwork was out so the third trip I was finally able to get the correct slip. Never returning.

They had one guy working the afternoon rush , I thought I would get a deal going here instead of my dealership. HA joke was on me because they charged much more for less work, I only got a oil change and it was $100 should've seen my eyes! The guy offered a coupon , only reason I didn't complain was because he was by himself because all the things the paper said he checked he didn't!

As promised here is a review for Mr. Perry who serviced my vehicle and conducted my state inspection. After going to 2 jiffy lubes and getting no help, I stumbled upon SpeeDee oil change. I pulled up and was given info really quick, waited in lobby and my car was serviced quickly. The staff is very friendly. My windshield wipers were changed and Mr. Perry was kind of enough to put air in my tires. Loved the service and will definitely be going back for my car needs.

I was having battery issues and I came here on a referral, as I needed some cleanup on my battery terminals before the auto parts store, that diagnosed my bad battery, would be able to install a new one for me. I was greeted immediately and I explained the reason for my visit. I was told that they could definitely do the cleanup that I needed and if I wanted, I could purchase a battery at the auto parts store, next door, and they would install it for me. We went over and purchased my new battery, they cleaned the terminals for me and installed it. They were very helpful and accommodating and they put in effort to show that they want your business, they work towards great customer service and they want you as a return customer. I will return and I would recommend them. A big THANK YOU to Tanner, Francisco and Mason, I can't thank you enough!!

The owner of this Speedee (Haithem) does not repair damages due to negligence. Speedee ruined my engine by not putting oil in my car, and didnt pay for it. BMW engine is $14k repair. AVOID if you dont mind paying for damages due to negligence out of pocket

He did oil change for me in 20min on a Bmw m3 which is an $80k car. At speedee!?!! He had all the Bmw tools and wrenches. If he can change oil on an m3. Sky is the limit

I went for an inspection there were two men there very respectful and nice I had my baby with me and they made it easier on me in every way they could. Very good service and quick.

I have been to this location 5 times and have been treated with great respect, courtesy and cost consideration. Once, a sensor was showing it needed replacing. They took it out, cleaned it and save me over $100. I have since brought my car back for brake work and have taken their advice on who to use to replace a cracked windshield.

You will go in for a basic oil change and before you know it they cram other "necessary crap" on the bill. The owner is a foreigner that thinks women are stupid when it comes to thier cars!!
