Everybody in here was Great !! The tire man was quick and efficient !! I came in 2 minutes before closing and they took very good care of me and all with a great attitude!! Very professional and very well kept business! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

We stopped here after realizing we had a screw in our tire on our way out the door for a trip. We called around for lead time for a repair, and their time was absolutely the fastest. They got us out even faster than promised, and the price was right. Everyone we met was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service I came in they took care of me fixed my flat tire and did it with a smile - I have to say I found my new tire service shop I will be loyally returning as needed !!!

Garbage time management and service, I came in at 10:45AM in the morning to get my tires changed. The one who I gave my keys to told me it should take about an hour or hour and a half. So we came back an hour later to come check in, & this receptionist seems like she has 0 communication skills. I asked her if she could check if my car was done, and so she came back telling me it's not done without an eta for it to be. So now it is 3:00PM And I have finally gotten my car after so many hours :) pls save yourself and don't come here.

Best customer service in a really long time! The tire on my garden cart had a flat. I called Big O Tires as they are down the street from my house to see if they could fix it. I was told if I obtained a new tube they could change it out. Ordered a new tube and showed up there yesterday. They were unable to separate the tire from the wheel. Today I called a tractor repair company and they referred me to GCR. When I spoke with Erick on the phone he said said no problem. I showed up and he most graciously changed out the tube in about ten minutes. Left with a "Have a nice day Miss". I have to say it was amazing. When I have future tire needs I know exactly where to go. Thank you.

If I could give a rating of 50! for this shop, I most certainly would.
I have used their services for some time now. That being said, the service i receive is something not of today's world! seriously, it reminds me of the days when i was a kid and we would stop into a service station for a fill up, but ended up getting our tires checked, oil checked etc...
The ladies in the office are super friendly, and bend over backwards to help. Now Erick, who runs the service area is by far the best service tech i have ever had the privilege to come across. He is so well mannered, and his attitude is contagious!
Even when it seems that he is to busy, he approaches each customer with a huge Hello, and what can i do for you today.... Really! This guy is genuine.
People, this is what service is. This guy should be training our youth on how to approach their jobs, and how to treat people.
They get a 2 thumbs up from me.

Great customer service. I walked in for some help with my tractor tire and I was blown away by the service.

I came to GCR nervous about how much money I was going to have to spend due to a tire on my 29 foot RV that wouldn't hold air. I left with a smile on my face and a good feeling in my heart thanks to the customer service I received from Erick who set me up with a quick, easy, and affordable fix. He was friendly, professional, fair, and honest! I will definitely be calling GCR for a quote when the time comes to replace the tires on my rig. :-)

I run a small business and GCR makes it possible for me to offer a full range of tires at a competitive price. All of this wouldn't happen without the staff... I will single out Erick but Nikki and Chris are awesome aswell. Erick runs this like its his own business with his name on the door. He is polite and honest and very hard working. I have tried other places and it usually ends up with disappointment. I highly recommend GCR if you need tires for nearly any application.
