I'm from out of town and was going to have an alarm installed while I'm in town, to support my home town economy, well I called and inquired about an alarm, & was told $350 for a basic alarm, so I asked about remote start and was told $750 & I said, WOWW that's a big jump and the guy on the phone yeah it is, so I said thank but no thank you.

I'm from Las Vegas and I've called around here and haven't seen a jump that big. I guess I'll buy my alarm in Las Vegas my new home town !

In July my son went to Sound Encounter to have his system installed and to purchase a box that would fit in his new truck. He was never informed the box would not actually fit making his middle seat not usable. The box was not even the right size, it was screwed in to his back wall carpet in a hanging position. The amp was not mounted properly. When he went back to have it fixed they blew him off and refused to fix it. They said he could purchase a custom box for more money. Disappointed in their service he went to Car Plus on 16th street looking for help. They offered him the right box far lower than Sound Encounter was willing to offer for their screw up. Sadly, we have use Sound Encounter more than once but never again!

Just had a system put in my boat and it sounds amazing. Everyone in the lake was looking to see where the music was coming from. Great service and fair prices. Couldn't be happier.

Once again Eric Rose and the guys at SoundEncounters hit the target!!. Last week my radio in my pickup died. I stopped by and the next day everything was taken care of!! These guys go above and beyond to take care of there customer's!!! I will never refer anyone anywhere else for the professional home and car audio needs!!! They also do boats and offroad cars!!! These guys are nothing but professional!!! Thanks again eric and crew!!!!

Wow, what a jerk. I had a momentary issue with my headset. Took it off immediately and he told me to fix my phone and hung up on me. No patience from from these guys. He sounded like he had a cigarette in his mouth, couldn't even understand his name. Taking my business elsewhere.

i went in with a question and the guy who helped me said no without even taking a look at my car. shortly after, i went to another stereo shop with the same question to find out that it could easily be done. if they dont wanna work and help the public maybe they should choose another profession.
