Good food cheese sticks and burgers are very good also the onion rings are very good but just a little doey but I will let that pass very good drinks and good crushed ice they have corn hole for some reason I don't know why they would have corn hole?

HOLY MOLY! Never have I ever experienced a worst experience at any place in Spartanburg. We waited 30 MINUTES! We had a mobile order and it took them FOREVER just to give it to us. We had to knock on the window just to get our order and the workers found it comical! i understand y'all are fast food workers but seriously get it together. Y'all need better management and better workers. Seriously, get it together.

Omg this place. I can't. Got there and it wasn't busy at all. So didn't think it would take that long. Ordered the new garlic bacon burger they had with chili cheese fries and a tea along with some popcorn chicken. The burger was ok but the chili cheese fries were stale. The popcorn chicken took a while to cook so they didn't wait to make the chili cheese fries till after the chicken so they just left the fries sit till the chicken was done. The customer service wasn't to back but it could use some work. But definitely won't be back here tho. Not any time soon. Was looking forward to not stale chili cheese fries.

Don't expect your food to get to you to on time or ever. Did an order ahead on the Sonic App for 8pm, checked in on the app, had to call on the stall TWICE before I got anyone actually answering me. An hour of me just waiting at the stall to pick up food I ordered at 7:36. Absolutely unacceptable.

The pictures of the food on the menu board will in no way resemble the pitiful smashed up junk that you remove from your bag.

I waited in drive thru line for 45 min for a hot dog meal,the service was terrible and end up ,it all came up afterwards. I'd advise you not to go to the Sonci at E.main st. Spartanburg unless you have plenty of time to waste.

got 2 shakes no cheese cake in them and the manger said it's a syrup they go through managers and stuff now i know why

Got the worst burger ever today. The bacon was very hard and the meat was old. When I TOOK IT BACK to the restaurant after my attempt to eat as much as I could the idiot asked me for a receipt. The sandwich was in the bag and in the wrapper he first said there was nothing he could do then he left the window without any further attempt at reconciliation and came back with another sandwich. Why couldn't you just give me my money back or have me come back the next day or so? TERRIBLE SERVICE AS WELL AS FOOD!!!Reese Blast

Stopped today around 12:30 to pick up my wife some lunch and asked for Lettuce and Tomato to be left off her Toaster, and what do ya know? Get all the way to her work and it's covered in lettuce!

Now, my wife who is allergic to lettuce, cannot even enjoy a burger on her lunch break because THESE people can't seem to follow simple instructions! The woman at the window was not pleasant either. Looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for ketchup and mustard...


What happened?! I used to drive across town just to buy from y'all..

If you could give 0 stars, this would get it. Incompetent employees. My coworker asked for cherry limeade and got a clear seltzer drink? He handed it back and the employees response was "yeah it's clear". He gave it back and tried to remake it. Got the same thing back again. Didn't have time to try and argue with these idiots. Asked for only ketchup and got a fully loaded burger. All this lasted 20 minutes in the drive through.

As one guy said above, they should close this place down and try again.
