Sonic Drive-In

DoorDash orders are always wrong, the drive through is extremely slow and the inside looks filthy!

Service was quick food was great. The carhop helping was super polite will be back my local sonic in hometown has terrible service so I am glad to get this good service here

When trying to order they were out of the requested item. This has happened more than once on items and on more than one occasion. Anything Sonic has as a limited time only they just flat out never have. It takes them aaaaages to fill orders even if there aren't really any cars in the stalls and the drive through is empty. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This place is straight up, bottom of the barrel, poorest of the poor, as bad as you can get. Constantly forgetting to add this and add that after being THOROUGHLY specified when ordered. To top it off, the last time I "attempted" to place an order (@ 9:40pm) for a strawberry shake, I was told the machine had already been shut down & cleaned and they don't close until 10:00pm!!! As I drove around I observed the two people who were supposed to be working playing on their phones. Go figure, extremely LOW quality!

If there were negative star options....
We order the same order at all sonic drive-ins. This one, on FIVE separate occasions, got it completely wrong. It's 40 minutes round-trip, and we checked half the order... that was a mistake. Once we got home we discovered it was wrong again, and it was fed to the dogs. Truly- you people are terrible at your jobs. Corporate level intervention is needed. That location is a TRAIN WRECK!

Great experience. Got 2 hotdogs on sale for $1 apiece and they couldn't have been more fresh. Thanks!

This is the first time I have ordered a RT 44 cherry limeade at a sonic ANYWHERE that did not have at least one maraschino cherry in it! There also was no slice of lime! What the heck? Is this the way you are doing it now?

we have been waiting for two waters for almost 20 mins now!?!?! and we have notified them of this twice now!!!!! 20 mins is so ridiculous!

I don't have anything bad to say about this particular sonic, just sonics in general. When I was growing up I loved the sonic. I loved the burgers and the foot longs and I ate there all the time. Now, the chili is not the same chili and it is not good at all and if you get cheese it is just looks like they just take that nasty square cheese and melt it unlike the good shredded cheese they used to have.. The burgers seem to be dry unlike what they used to be and their prices are insane. I can go and eat somewhere at a nice set down for the cost of a meal there. What it comes down to for me is the quality you get for the cost is just not there.
