Large make your own smoothie I got from their drive thru pick up. Picked up drink for my dad and they helped me thru making the best drink for my sick dad. Event added a boost of multi vitamins to it! So convenient that it's right by my house and right off the highway and midrivers mall road! So unique to find a drive thru for this type of food. Super nice guy and girl that spoke to me and serviced me. Thank you!

My first visit but I don't do smoothies. I brought my little niece there for a treat. She put away that Lil Angel (or whatever it was called!) very quickly. The building was sparkling clean and employees (teen girls) were efficient but impersonal (almost seeming indifferent) which was kind of a put off but.... Oh well. I didn't go there for the personalities.

Very condescending rude teenagers working there,, always a hassle trying to ask question. they pretend like they cannot hear you. I have had this experience multiple times. you can the stress on there faces as if there job is a challenge. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

I read the 1 star reviews but thought to give it a try anyways as it's close to our house.
Unfortunately my smoothie was pretty chunky and had some very large ice chunks at the bottom. Couldn't finish it, and it was completely different than the one from 5th street location a few days ago.

Horrible. Completely awful experience. I place large orders with Smoothie King on almost a weekly basis (15+ drinks). This is a corporate charge that requires me to submit a receipt and expense report. Usually I have a pretty good experience. I ordered from the Mid Rivers location for the first time at the end of September. I submitted it through the app and none of the employees knew how to print the receipt in store. I was told to call back the next day when the manager would be there and send me a copy. Fine. No big deal. Fast forward to SIX WEEKS later. I called the store, no exaggeration, 20-25 times. Employees passed the message to the manager. The manager passed the messages to the owner. Countless times. No help. When I finally asked how I could get ahold of the corporate office, the manager told me there wasn't one. A Google search, of course, proved otherwise. After 2 weeks and 5-6 calls to corporate, I was told that a message was passed to the owner. Still nothing. No receipt. In the 10+ years I've been doing this, I've never had such a horrible experience. Now I have a late charge on my corporate credit card and have gotten many nasty emails about an overdue expense. All because nobody could be bothered to print a receipt. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location again. It's unfortunate because they're very close to the physicians office I get the smoothies for. Guess I'll spend $100 weekly at another place.
