Great little bakery. My mom likes going to Unique down the block, but I decided to try out Shunfa. They've got more than just baked buns. They have hot food/rice boxes too!

It was near the end of the day, so the lady gave me a free bun when I bought 5. They've got all your classics - various hot dog buns, at least 3 types of pineapple buns, roast pork buns, and more.

All very good! Will be back!

Little Chinese Bakery on Fort Hamilton Parkway. They sell real watermelon juice for only $3! Real watermelon juice is hard to find these days. They give you a cup full of watermelon, no water added, blend it with ice, and it's very delicious and refreshing! Other than chinese pastries, they sell rice noodles, curry fish balls, and fried dumplings as well.

Love their coffee and milk tea!! Also, probably the best beef rice noodles I have had. I live nearby and have tried many bakeries around the area, and this one is definitely my fav to go to.

The man and woman are super friendly and always greet my family and I kindly. I have been coming here since they've opened and they haven't messed up my order once.

Their bread is freshly baked every morning! When I go to work early in the morning (sometimes leaving my house at 5am or 6am), I'll see their lights on, and they would be baking. Their breads would be warm, toasty, and fluffy. They make their rice noodles fresh, and taste great right out of the stove.

Overall, great bakery owned by some awesome and amazing people!

Typical Chinese bakery. They have a large selection of bread, pastries and cooked food.

They have a 2 for $1 special on their breads after 5pm.

DONT EVER COME HERE!!! I had food poisoning after having their roast pork bun. Their bun doesn't taste fresh at all. I have a feeling those pork are left overs that's why they taste extremely weird too!
Get ready to be sue because I have passed my case to the department of health through my personal lawyer!

      DONT EVER COME HERE!

If you're looking for a simple but fulfilling breakfast or even a snack, do yourself a favor and drop by Shunfa! The owners are always so welcoming, always amiable and quick service, inexpensive, and there's a great variety of freshly made buns, noodles, congee, and drinks etc. My favorite is definitely the hot dog bun, it's so fluffy! :)

Definitely will be stopping by soon again!

One star for the nice lady behind counter. She always messes up my coffee, but she's sweet and apologetic.

Man in the kitchen is nasty, rude, mentally unstable.

Very aggressive. I took my business elsewhere.

Shunfa Bakery has THE BEST bakery milk tea I've ever had. I try to stop by for it whenever I'm in the area, and I'm lactose intolerant so that's saying something. The family who runs it is always so nice and sweet!! Their food is super fresh, and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely make sure you stop by!!

My favorite food from here is their beef & tomato over rice along with the pork bun. When I came in the summer, I also had their watermelon juice which was so fresh and sweet I still find myself craving it now! I traveled there from Queens WHILE cradling a freshly extracted, wisdom tooth free mouth, just so that I could get said items. After 5:30, they have a 2 for $1 deal for their breads. I usually go after 5:30 anyway and can read the sign which is on the window so I would often times pick up a pork bun and lo po bun combo if they're still available. If you wanted to know about the deal and couldn't understand the sign, you could always ask the person at the register and they would answer the question for you. The owners are super nice and greet you when you enter the doors. Sometimes I would see the wife, and sometimes both wife and husband together. I like how the train station is just 2 blocks away too which makes it easy for me to carry my full stomach from the bakery to the station. Love this place!

Wonderful little bakery that I always stop by on my trips to Brooklyn! I love the variety of drinks here, I feel like I always get to try something new. Breads are fluffy and delicious, and the food is super filling and affordable! The beef and tomatoes over rice here reminds me of my grandparents cooking.
