This review is for the automatic car wash. There were three choices, $7, $8, and $10, and I chose the $10 one (cash only, no credit cards accepted). It then pulled the car through and I experienced *the shortest car wash of my life*. It was over within seconds. Needless to say, the car was still extremely dirty afterwards, even though this was a spinning-brush wash. (I could still write my name in the grime.) I then took the car to the place at 39th and Guadalupe, and that one got my car much cleaner, for $9, even though it was a touchless wash.

I'd dispute the charge on my credit card statement, except I had to pay cash since they don't take credit cards.

This shell gas station refused to give me $45 that I won from a lotto ticket. I've been going there every Saturday for the last 10 years to purchase five lotto tickets and I got four numbers correct from Texas lotto and he refused to pay me. He said he didn't have any money in his register. What a joke! I will never do business there again.

I attempted to use this station because I was already driving with the gas light on and it was nearby. The pay-at-pump feature did not work and told me to see the cashier. I went in and they insisted I leave my credit card inside with them while I pumped my gas. I do not believe that handing my credit card to strangers is ever a good idea but I had little choice. I headed back out to pump the gas and the cashier called over the speaker for me to come back inside and get my card. When I went in, they said I could not pump gas there and when I asked why they said they did not like my attitude. They have no desire to help customers at all. They do not advertise that you cannot in fact pay at the pump. Since they did not want my business, they will never have it again. Nor will any other Shell station.

Air machine doesn't work, two different managers lied to me about it working on two desperate occasions. And they refuse to refund or even put an 'out of order' sign on it. I will never do business there again.
