Shamrock Motor

Recently, I brought my car into Shamrock Motor for repairs. The service was excellent, my car is running perfectly and Booth was so nice and informative.
Definitely a 5 star rating!

Shamrock Motors are unquestionably the best mechanics I've ever dealt with.
Simon inspired confidence the first time I took my car there about 15 years ago, divorced, going broke I just needed to keep my old car on the road and he delivered with grace and patience, and the odd shaking of his head!!! He vetted used for cars me and always gave me sound advice. Booth is equally as pleasant and honest and capable. I now drive a new Inifinity and you can be sure I'll take it only to Shamrock anytime it needs work. They've kept my kids cars and their cousins on the road for years too, I never ever doubt their integrity or workmanship. Simon is missed but his sons have stepped right in seamlessly.

This business is very good to women! They explain everything in a very non-condescending way and are patient with questions. They are not just specialists in fancy, foreign cars, but do everything. I have been bringing my Camry and Volvo there and they keep my cars well maintained without bankrupting me with "fake" service needs. For more info, read the article in The Day:

Top quality, so helpful, high integrity. It doesn't get better in this world of business. Fair prices. Booth is a gem! Goes the extra mile. Helped when our out of town daughter visited, had car trouble. Dealt with the issue and then found tire problem that could have led to tragedy. They didn't try to sell her tires or anything else. Shamrock does our vehicle maintenance since then and we couldn't be more pleased.

Rarely does it happen that I feel treated well as a woman in a male dominated business.
At Shamrock I met friendly unjudgemental ears. My concerns about my Mercedes van were addressed clear and fair. Some issues were covered under warranty so they took the car over to the dealership were those issues were fixed.
I would go out of my way in order to bring my car to Simons shop.

Had issue with my 2005 Envoy. Called them up they told me to swing by anytime and they'd take a look. Immediately checked out the issues. Gave me a very reasonable quote (much lower than where I was originally taking it) told me they could right away once they had the parts. Kind, courteous and prompt. Glad I found this place as I love to support the small local guy. Will be recommending to friends and Shamrock will be my go to mechanic from here on in.

I have heard about Shamrock's fine reputation for quite sometime, even the AAA tow truck driver said so. When my eight year old Honda Accord had problem starting, I decided to take it to them. I had my starter and breaks replaced, they gave prompt attention to my car and did a very good job, the charges were reasonable. I am going to go to Shamrock from now on instead of taking my car to the dealer.

Another thumbs up for Simon! His skillful mechanic-ing comes at a fair price..... I have heard a few complain that he is a man of few words? I guess hes too busy for chitchat, and storytime no big deal to me, he just fixes whats broken, and seems to work on all vehicles from antique to modern.... not sure if he still does, but at one point he also offered secure indoor storage for cars.

Simon, the owner, is as honest as they come. I've been taking my cars to Shamrocks for years. They are always surprisingly affordable, and extremely skilled mechanics. It was very hard to find a car mechanic that i wouldn't hesitate to put my complete trust in, but this guy is the real deal.
