Terrible service every single time that I come and small, mediocre burgers for an extremely high price.
Girls working at the register always seem like they don't want to be there, roll their eyes and give attitude. No greetings, no goodbyes. This was consistent on all 3 occasions I've been here. Girl, this place wasn't my first choice either.
Plain crinkle fries were $3.99 at one size. A small drink is $3. At no less than $7 for any kind of burger BY ITSELF (fries and drink are not included) the expectations were not met. The buns are small and the burgers are smashed thin to the point where it's a bit dry. The buns are soft but small, maybe they were going for the illusion of a bigger patty??
This time I ordered their specialty white truffle burger which came with fried onions at the whopping price of $9.99. Extremely tasteless and not enough sauce of get any hints of the truffle. Extremely disappointed and this was most likely my last straw with shake shack.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We're sorry to hear this, Lynn. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and the quality of our food, so it's disappointing to read about your experience.
We can do better, so we'd love to invite you back to the Shack. Could you email us a copy of your review and your receipt to share@shakeshack.com so we can follow up with you?
Thank you,

I never had shake shack until we went to Vegas last week.
First I'll say I can't judge the burger because no we didn't eat them... but my family did & they loved their burgers. However, I did get fries & my husband got cheese & bacon fries. Those were good along with their shakes of course... we had to try.
The location & ambiance of this location is great. At the NYNY on the corner of the Park & across from the Coca Cola store & M&Ms. It's a Great cheap location to stop & just relax & grab a quick bite!
I can't comment on service because it's very self-ordering there. Order on the tablets, pay there, & get your own drinks. Only time I saw them interact with people is when they call your order, & when they checked a few people's ID because they looked a little too young for their spiked lemonade.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Scott G.Los Angeles, CA622Apr 5, 2024
Standard shake shack. Exactly what you'd expect.

Solid prices, great food. They seemed to be focusing on service and asked for us to fill out a survey so seems like a big thing.
I ordered the double burger and added pickles. Was so good. Exactly what you'd expect. Super salty and cheesy in a good way. I stole a fry from my friend and they were nice and crispy.
Compared to other options in hotels and on the strip, it's a good, tasty, affordable option.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 18, 20241 check-in
This is like every other Shake Shack. If you like Shake Shack, you should like this one too. It was clean and the kiosk ordering was efficient. The food was prepared and ready in a very reasonable amount of time.

This is our 1st visit. There were 4 machines so you can place your order. I had difficulty using the machine so I went to order with an employee. They were pretty business around 12:15 pm. 1 employee called out your name for your order. Shroom burger was medium well with 1 piece of onion ring which gave a good taste. Cheese fries were crispy. Chocolate custard and chocolate shake tasted the same but shake was thicker.
I will definitely come here again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 13, 2024
Visited Shake Shack located outside New York-New York Casino in Las Vegas, and despite the bustling crowd, the experience was worth it! Waited about 20 minutes to order - opted for Cheese Burgers, protein burger, crinkle cut fries, and chicken nuggets. Burgers were fresh and tasty, chicken nuggets crispy outside and moist inside. Standard crinkle cut fries. Fast service even during peak hours, ample seating, and diligent cleaning. Prices on the higher side, perhaps due to the prime Las Vegas Strip location. Overall, a satisfying first visit!

In the debate of Shake Shack vs In N Out, Shake Shack definitely takes the cake for me. Burger is delicious and fries are nice & salty. I generally dislike fries in the USA but the fries here were fresh & delicious. I was craving a refreshing beverage and was undecided between a couple of lemonade flavors and the very patient cashier gave me samples of each to try. I ended up choosing the drink that she recommended. I also had the Korean style burger and that was juicy, flavorful and delicious. I need to come back!

Came into Vegas late, ordered Uber eats Korean bbq burger which hit the spot! The burger was juicy and flavourful. Inhaled the burger and crashed

Nothing is better than a really good burger and fries. So instead of you spending time sweating over your grill in the summer. It's just best to come to shake shack, and be amazed on the burgers they have to offer. There's so many other interesting burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs that you can enjoy.
ShackBurger- ordered two Pattie's with bacon. Burger was really juicy and bun super soft and chewy. Shacksauce to me was similar to thousand island dressing. Was a nice touch to the burgerHelpful 7Thanks 2Love this 6Oh no 0
