Sevan Chicken Rotisserie

If you like rotisserie chicken with a garlicky taste, this is where you go in the area. I've tried and enjoyed most of their dishes. The afternoon lunch special is a good two for one deal. Stop by and tell them Sam sent you.

Used to come to this place back in the 90s when PPV fights were shown here. Always has the best chicken. Different place now of course but the chicken is still good. Seemed like a decent value. Very nice people. Small spot inside with seating. Plenty of parking.

Restaurant:
Very clean and spacious eating area. Easy parking.

Food:
Very good. Rice was a bit salty, but if you add the tomato with your bite, it takes the saltiness away. Hummus was decent, nothing special. Pita wasn't fresh, a bit hard, but ok to eat.

if you're really hungry for this type of meal and no other places close by, I'd recommend it. Otherwise, I'd keep driving.

The garlic spread leaves you with wanting more all the time I wish they where slightly more generous with it


But everything taste so yummy also the rice


The chicken dinner is only 12.99 I believe

But it's a lot of food you might want to share . The service is pretty good too !

And the ambience is chill nothing special

LOVE LOVE LOVE Sevan Chicken! Been eating here since I was a kid and it never disappoints! Never ever!
The rice is good, the fries are too. The chicken is always on point and the skin *drools*
Too damn good!
And I mean the lunch special?! Buy one 1/4 chicken meal get one free ! Cannot beat that anywhere! 11-4
They also recently got new packing containers and that just is also a plus! Definitely eat here! And don't forget your garlic sauce! YUM!

It was my first time here...placed the order via phone...it was ready when I arrived...to my huge surprise, they had a buy one get one free lunch special...and it's every day...the food was freshly made...the chicken and shawarma and kebab were wonderfully moist...everything was absolutely delicious...I literally licked my fingers...Sevan Chicken is an excellent place...and I will definitely be going back!

I lived in tujunga since 1986 retired veteran at that time was different owners..the current owner is GOOD continuing the good food I like the place once in a while we buy to go.. yesterday Sunday we were coming g from la canada to our home in tujunga my wife asked me to buy rotisserie from Ralph. I said no let's support our small RESTAURANT.i stoped at sevan and ordered 1 whole chicken and 1 kebab menu combo to go the usual nice lady on the cashier I have to wait 15 minutes I said ok.the young GENTLEMAN there's 2 workers mens in tge shop.. the young one took out 1 chiken from the rotisserie machine I'm sitting across there I realized it's little white the skin...the top raw was better cooked I was gone ask him I To give me the darker one..i hasitate .When we came home the kebab is fine the chicken was cooked 85% safe to eat (NOT PINK) the other area only the meat is hard to separate from the bone. That's not right it suppose yo take it very easy from the bone..the 1/2 chicken was thrown away ..it's late they already closed I said tomorrow I will give my openion..(I KNOW MISTAKES HAPPENS IM STILL HAVE FATE IN THE PLACE I WILL GIVE 5 STAR NOT TODAY)I'm sure you like the customer to be satisfied I'm suggesting to give me next time when I buy whole chicken 70% off.the price to be fair..or free..it's NOT THE MONEY 15$ WILL NOT MAKE ME REACH..THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME MY NAME IS B TOVMASSIAN IM SURE THE OWNER LADY REMEMBER S ME THANK YOU SHNORHAGAL YEM

The rotisserie chicken tastes good and the menu offerings are pretty decent. If you only care about the food and don't care at all about service, this place is not a bad option. But for me, the feel inside is depressing and the cashier needlessly rude. I walked in with my family and we greeted all workers with a friendly, "hello!" only to be met with blank stares. We had some questions with the menu since it was our first visit, which were all given one word answers by the cashier who continued to just stare. Took a few whole chickens to go and the cashier insisted us "signing" the receipt, which had no line for a signature but pointed to a gratuity box starting at 20% (ha!). They also nickel and dime every little thing you ask for, sauces are teeny and the pita is just given out in the plastic bag that it was sold in at the grocery store. 3 stars for the chicken only. 0 for the experience. With so many other Mediterranean/kabob places with rotisserie chicken available in the area, this for sure will be a pass for me next time. Not trying to support an unfriendly business that tries to rip people off.

Been coming here for more than 10 yrs, less so since the last couple of years since the pandemic. Went there recently late afternoon and got the rotisserie chicken, place was not busy at all- which was surprising- one other customer was there. It was also surprising to me that the chicken was not as good and fresh as it used to be. It was dry and tasted off. Definitely more pricey. Person manning the cashier was friendly. Nonetheless I won't be coming here for awhile.

I ordered my food online. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it ready, said they didn't get the order even though I had paid and received a confirmation email. The worst thing was they were not apologetic and didn't offer any sort of help or make it right. They made me wait and I ended up leaving.
