I needed a local company who had a good understanding of San Diego laws and regulations. Ron and his team were a breeze to work with and provided me with guidance throughout the entire process. Project took 2 months longer then anticipated but at the same time SD CCS has been loyal to the cost given even when extra work was needed.
We passed all inspections on the first attempt and the quality of work met our expectations.

I hired SD CCS after interviewed three other companies from yelp. I was not certain who I should hire so I decided to check every company's job sites. After visiting SD CCS job sites it was clear to me that I would work only with them.
The process was very smooth and all of our concerns were handled promptly by Ron who was always available for any questions.
We now have a 950 square feet ADU already completed and occupied.
