When we first started using ScrubaDub last year, 2022, it seemed good. We bought two memberships. But as time went on it slipped to becoming just a basic car wash. Vacuum's really declined. Went today and all of the vacuum's were not worth using. Found this to be the case more often than not. Extremely frustrating.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee with every service so all you have to do is let a manager know any concerns and we will redo the service free of charge or refund your money in full. Please email our Customer Care team at satisfaction@scrubadub.com referencing this review so that a manager can follow up with you and make things right. Sometimes customers damage our vacuums in between use and while we regularly check them throughout the day, we rely on customers to let us know if they are not satisfied in between our daily inspections.

Love this place! Self service touch less wash is reasonably priced compared to others in area & then even provide rags and window cleaner & a vacuum token! How can you beat that for $5.50 for the entry price wash. Have been bringing my car here for 6 years + and will continue to bring my business here

Need a family plan! I love a clean car and would pay for a monthly plan, but then my wife would want one too, and that's too much at $46 each.

Did you know we have an Unlimited Family Referral Rewards program where existing Unlimited Members can refer family vehicles and both family members save $$. For each family member referred you get $15 credit and they can join any plan for $6! We have a variety of Unlimited wash plans at our Salem NH location ranging from $18.99 to $42.99 per month at retail but when you factor in either our family referral rewards program or upcoming November sale you and your wife can save over 80% across multiple months. I bought 3 washes for a discount at the Salem NH location in September. I wasn't able to get into the wash for my final prepaid wash until last week. I went to use my wash ticket an it told me it was expired. Looking at the ticket I do see an expiration date in January. When I bought the washes I assumed the prepaid washes were like a gift certificate which by law cannot expire. I just think it is unfair for a paid wash to expire.

*1/11 update - the manager met me today and made it right, took care of me. Good people. Decent wash. I'd recommend adding additional water sprays at the end though, still soapy coming out.
This was the 2nd worst car wash I've even paid for. $13 super and my car came out filthy. The guy with the spray gun only sprayed drivers side on the car. Spent 10 minutes wiping off the dirt in my front bumper. I'm shocked no one scrubs your bumper. Someone recommended this place to me and I regret going now. What a shame scrubadub! Ignores me and pushes car thru. I would understand if it was slammed but there were NO cars behind me.

Was the employee you interacted with wearing a name tag? Always a very long line and very hard to maneuver after the wash is done in order to dry off the car.
We also paid $4 extra dollars on top of the express wash for the tire shine and it only shined half the tire!

First time here, I go to the first bay not knowing you have to go too the last bay. I scanned a free ticket I had for Christmas. The first bay took the scanned ticket. Waited and nothing happened. So got out of car and went too employee entrance. Guy screams at me, 'Dont you know you go to the far entrance. I said my first time here. I get back in the car and drive to that exit. He comes back out and says 'I opened the door at the first entrance. He yells at me again ,' didn't you here me that I was opening the first entrance. What an arrogant punk. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

After speaking with the management team at our Salem location, they apologized for the confusion as it seems that there was no clear signage directing you as a first time customer on where to redeem your ticket and our cashier should never have spoken to you the way they did. 2 no touch bays but I normally go through the big wash. Prices are good - vac token included - and wash/dry towels and window cleaner for use on exit. Vacuums actually suck too.
Always friendly service as well.
