Scott's Appliance & In Home Service

I wish I had read the reviews before I had Scott come out. When he arrived he told me that he needed to replace the motor in the ice maker. That service call cost me about $80, then when he came back, and supposedly replaced the motor that was another $300. The ice maker barely worked for a couple of days, and then stopped. I called...Scott was loose as to when he would be back to take a look, this was after he told me that the motor had a warranty....I have left several messages. None of those calls returned. I think it is time to contact the Better Business Bureau for starters. Don't use this repair person.

I called Scott about a Kenmore dryer not heating , He was out and got it fixed the next day . Wonderful service and very knowledgeable . Hats off to Scott 100%

I called Scott in the morning and left a message on each phone. He got back to me within the hour and was able to service our dryer between 1:30 and 2:30 in the afternoon. Works like a charm and his rates are reasonable.

Scott is the best! My Deco washer/dryer had Error Code, and wasn't draining. Called manufacturer under warranty. After another technician looked at it and waiting over a month for mfg. to decide on a technician, Scott called and literally walked me through troubleshooting the coin trap on the phone within 10 minutes. Problem solved, happy camper, grateful to Scott who knows his craft - thank you!

Absolutely the worst! He does not answer calls, does not return calls. He said he ordered parts, but didn't. I got the run around for two months on a stove that needed to be converted from NG to LP. He never did finish the job. I am happy to give you details if you want to contact me.

Called Scott for a dryer repair. Had to leave a message. He called me back promptly. He came out the next day. Performed the repair quickly, and for a very affordable price. My son was there during the visit, and told me Scott was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Scott returned my call for dryer repair within 10 minutes. He came to the house day of and repaired the dryer along with a brief, courteous explanation on how I was contributing to my old dryer's current condition when interrupting the heat cycle. His house call was $39.95. (compared to $85.00 from Carmona's and $50.00 from Steve's A to Z) I couldn't ask for more. 5 star repair!
