Recently, me and my kids ate at Plaza bonita. After looking around, my son found this place. He wanted the lasanga, so we got.Unbeknownst to me, there was complimentary garlic bread with the order, which was good. The lasanga was medium size (2 inches by 4 1/4 inches) and had italian sausage in it. It was good, but the marinara sauce was watery. Ambience is mall ambience, so nothing to say there. Instant service.

Food is okay for food court. Customer service is not good. The young lady totally lack customer service skills. she ignored people waiting and when you asked a question it was short and rude.

We stopped for a quick bite before our movie. We decided to go for the special 2 XL slices of pizza and one drink. One slice of pepperoni pizza and another meat lovers. They were both cooked to perfection and had a great taste. The slices are on the bigger side and for the price they're not bad at all. Everyone was super friendly and attentive.

Zero customers in line, about 5 people working. I go in line and a man follows immediately, and he stands behind me. I wait a solid 4 minutes before being helped, for my 1 XL slice of pizza. I wanted a side as well but didn't know which one, the employee tried to rush me while I was looking. She plated the order of the customer behind me before asking me what I wanted.

Nonetheless, the vibes are off here lol. Cashier didn't give me a chance to breathe and ask for a discount, instead she rolled her eyes and applied it.

Went into the mall at 11am. NOTHING was available! When I asked when the food would be ready, I was told 11:30.
I guess no one thought to have employees come in early to prepare food and have it ready when everything opened?
At least Sarku was open and prepared.

Stopped by the location in Plaza Bonita mall. They have a wide variety to choose from! From different topped pizzas to calzones to pasta and salad. Food looked fresh and customer service was good.
My son got his go to which is the pepperoni. They had a combo special, any two slices and a drink for about $10. Not a bad price at all.
Pizza was delish! My son loved their pizza sauce and crispy crust. They also offer oregano to top your pizza off with that extra flavor.

10:28, and the place still isn't opened! We were told 10 to 15 min wait and we've been waiting well over that time. Why even say you open at 10 if you're not able to commit to that time?? The worst kind of wat to run a business!

I don't often give negative reviews of a place, but I have to here because of the negative customer service. If you are ordering something and at the register to pay... and some random guy cuts in line to "just get a Gatorade" but clearly there is a person already paying, DON'T stop the transaction from the person paying to ring up a random person. For starters, the guy that cut in front of my wife was a complete douche-bag for cutting in line (my wife said there were like 2 other people in line, it would not have taken THAT long to wait...) but as a server, you have to recognize that and say "Mr, please wait in line and we will get to you in order." But yo ring the person up WHILE ringing my wife up at the same time...? Come on... that's rude of the worker at Sharro and obviously the douche-bag who thought his time was more valuable than my wife's. Unfortunately, I was not there to witness this, but this is the account from my wife who was displeased that the worker did not tell the guy to wait in line.

It's a shame because Sbarro has great pizza and fairly inexpensive, but gotta learn some standard customer service techniques...

Overall not worth $74.59 we spent on 1 cheese pizza and 2 create your own pizzas with breadsticks & sauce. So in total 3 cheese pizzas and 12 breadsticks with sauce were ordered. Long story short they shorted us 6 breadsticks. They were saying we had to dispute it with Door dash even though I ordered directly from them. They were claiming that on there end they only see the 6 breadsticks. Ummmmm, duh!!!! BC it says 2x, I mean I'm no freakin genius but I would figure that it would mean two of those orders. If there employees can't understand their own system then maybe training is in order or you need to make it easier for your employees like separating the orders. I shouldn't have to call to make their life easier if you provide the option of ordering online. My husband had to go back and pick up the breadsticks we live (25 mins away) but not before they got the approval of their manager. Freaking ridiculous!!! BTW this is the second time our order is messed up last Friday they forgot to give us our sauce. The girl claimed she placed it in the bag. It wasn't. I will not be ordering from them again. I can get 4 pizzas at Chuck E. Cheese for $25 and they always get my order correct. They lack customer service and some common sense. Pls someone msg me if I'm in the wrong. Bc when I see my order receipt it clearly says 2x which to me like I said before means two of that same order. Sbarro get it together!!

This is always a go to you when my family visits Plaza Bonita Mall.
