I shop here all the time I love there Instacart services. I think their Instacart services are better than Raleys because Raleys only usually has one time a day five or 6 o'clock, but Savemart has every few hours all day long which I like because there's many times I want my stuff immediately and don't want to wait till five or 6 o'clock at night for my items, I think that Savemart's deli could be a little better with communication. But overall I like savemart the prices are better than other places.

Yesterday I went there to pick up some stuff for sandwiches and employee chased me out accusing me of stealing and it was really embarrassing. I had my one year-old with me and it was in front of other customers. They need to not do that unless they know for sure someone is stealing thankfully another employee came out and confirm that I wasn't stealing because he had watched me pay for my food, but it was just really embarrassing and I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else

I have been shopping here forever (20+ years) and I absolutely adore the employees, some of which I have known since they were across the street at the old location. I am always greeted with a smile and a few kind words. Have things changed? Sure, as does everything in life but having quality people running this location is what sets it's apart from other stores and makes the difference between being just another "supermarket" and it being the preferred local market where everybody knows your name and takes the initiative to have pride in their job and set it apart from the others!

Customer service at Save Mart Bakery gone downhill.
1) Lost my wife's birthday cake in February 2023 creating panic.
2) Several staff lied to me when cake not Tres Leches but replaced with second choice Carrot and not informing me of switch.
3) No decorations and no communications about how to add.
4) Other customer's cakes thrown on top of glass top with box half open.
5) 1 800 692 5710 Customer Care phone number busy.

Went to the checkout ,cashier with glasses and sideburns. My wife simply asked where the restroom was and he said "its in the corner "with an unpleasant attitude. I worked customer service for 16 years and believe that is unacceptable for service to the community by any standard.he needs to be retrained or terminated, no one deserves that from anyone.

I moved to Merced for many years. I always go to Save Mart, because the vegetables is very fresh. I love Save Mart. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I have tried and tried and keep getting rude, condescending attitudes from certain cashiers. it's just not worth it. I even complained and was told very kindly by management how sorry they were and they would "retrain" the cashier but when I went back it was even worse. You will get looked down upon and sighed at if you dare present a coupon and don't even think of bringing up "price match" because that will elicit a scoff and snide remark. There is so much more but needless to say I'll be finally taking my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend. Management should send in family members dressed as different types of people to see how the average person is treated.

I bought a banana cream pie on 11-22-23. Got home to eat it and I said "Where's the banana cream"?. 80% whip cream, 15% pie crust and 5% banana cream. It should been labeled Whipped cream pie.

Vanessa with glasses that works here is so unprofessional she is so flirty with my husband as he's just a worker here. Never seen such harassment! Please don't go here due to the lack of professionalism staff needs retraining there's a difference in being friendly vs flirting!

No issue with the store but The bakery needs to get it together.. SOME of the workers there are very rude to one another, no respect Infront of customers, giving each other attitude and NOT very professional at all. One lady looked at me crazy when I asked for an order of 8 piece chicken she thought I said 1 piece yeah ok . Management needs to know what's going on
