This is a good place to buy hair products...if you know what you need/want. However, for those of you with wavy or curly hair who follow the CGM (curly girl method), you really can't rely on the advice of the sales staff here. The saleswoman who helped me had a great personality, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable about hair porosity & had not heard of the curly girl method. If I know what I need, I go here, because it's very convenient. If I need advice, I go to Ulta.

I went into the store this evening REALLY excited to by hair dye because I got tape in extensions. As I'm trying to find the perfect shade, Sam was more than helpful. Not only was she knowledgeable, I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She helped me find the affordable option, but the best option at the same time. I went to cosmetology school but have been out of the game, so it was nice to have someone who knew what they were talking about too. I have always had a good experience in this store and tonight just made it even better. Thanks Sam and thanks Sally's for hiring real people who know their stuff.

I have been to many beauty supplies stores and this store hands down is my favorite!! The manager Jess was helpful, professional, knowledgeable , delightful and will go above and beyond to assist!!' Their products are designed for all hair types and beauty needs. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to this Location!! Thanks again for all your help!!

My daughter and I went in here last night because she wanted to dye her hair back to something close to her natural color. Kyra was incredibly helpful, explained to us what to do look for and helped us find everything we needed. Very impressed with her knowledge and level of service.
