What more do I have to say or do. I left a review and they said to contact a website and they would assist. Well Nope. So I thought to give them a 3rd chance but this time I said I would pick it up. Well with their reputation I should have known better and checked my bag. I ordered a salad and again they forgot something. Yes , the dressing. I give up on them. Time to go next door. If you know what I mean.

Love me some Rubio's! I've been coming here for years. If they have the langostino, get it. Omg. It is the best. The taco is made with a flour tortilla and filled with a ton of langostino, shredded cabbage, salsa and a creamy tangy sauce to round it all out. If they don't have langostino, my go to is the original fish taco and the quesadilla with shrimp. Their salsas are so good too. My favorites are the green and the roasted. They also have really good fresh juices and kids menu!

Went this weekend and my daughter found a long strand of dark hair in her mouth when she took a few bites into her burrito. the Cashier doesn't know what he's doing can't put together a simple order. It's colder inside than outdoors and the manager ignores customers requests for a replacement item or discount. I do not recommend unless you like dirty food, rude/untrained staff, and uncomfortable dining.

Why worry about cooking lunch when you have a busy work week & Rubio's is there to make life easier.

My go-to lunch place on the weekdays.

Do try the Chille Cilantro Lime Quinoa Bowl with grilled shrimp. Basically a DETOX food that your liver will thank you later.

Clean & helpful staff.

Parking is free at the Ross shopping center where Rubio's is located at.

Tip: get your order in before the lunch rush hour madness. Thank me later :)

I always forget how good the original fish tacos are. We went for the 40th anniversary fish taco deal and were not disappointed. Sadly it was a max of two tacos pp only.
Also ordered the California bowl with chicken. The chicken was good the rest of the bowl was just ok, the rice was a bit overcooked.
For the child they have nice options; we got the build your own tacos with steak, and were surprised at what a nice big portion this is.
Staff seemed a bit frazzled with the number of customers but kept their composure (even with rude costumes) and still served with a friendly smile and kept up with cleaning the tables.
The salsa bar was nicely stocked and if missing/low items the staff was quick to replace.
Plenty of parking and outdoor seating available.

Reminder to myself: they have varied and spicyish salsa and the fish tacos are good and worth returning for more!

Excellent food. The fish is fresh. The service was tremendous the staff helpful. The ambiance is uplifting. Really nice seating. I highly recommend you try.

No matter what some might say Rubio's has the best food. Always consistent and forget about it when the Lagastino Tacos and Burritos are in season.

I really hate to leave a bad review on this location based on the Guest Services but this also goes to show how terrible Rubio's as an organization is. Base on my review for this location I was reached out to submit my complaint online. I did and a Sandra Antonio reached out to me regarding my concern. She wanted to provide a complimentary meal. Sandra stated it will take 2 weeks for this card to arrived and asked for my contact information. The information was provided to Sandra and I have not heard or seen anything to this nature. Mind you, this all happened in March 2022.

The food is delicious here! Deanna was extremely helpful and friendly bringing our food to our table! She outdid herself making us feel welcome and granting our requests! Courtney was also an asset to Rubios! We will be returning soon to experience this delightful place!!

Rubio's was celebrating their original fish tacos with a one dollar sale so we stopped by on our way home. The tacos were great batter crispy, fish good, Just what we usually expect when we die there. I'm writing this review because I want to say what a wonderful job Courtney did to make our dinner enjoyable. While the restaurant was fairly busy, and she was working the counter by herself, she still was amazingly pleasant and friendly to every single person she came in contact with, even though some customers had problems understanding the promotion that was going on, she carefully explained over, and to one couple over and over, she remained upbeat and kind and friendly. With employees like her this location will continue to thrive.
