Route 66 RV Ranch

This place is a classic, nostalgic RV park. Nothing fancy about the place at all. However, the women that run this place make you feel welcome and provide very thorough information. The bathhouse/toilets were clean and nice. If you're looking for an old piece of Route 66, stay a night.

Nice RV park with friendly staff. Tom took care of me during my 2 month stay. I would recommend this RV park if you need a place in Amarillo. Laid back and easy going management. Slips are decently sized.

Made a reservation on the phone. Super friendly guy and super easy. Rv park is cosy and tidy. Grassy area in the back was great for our little one. My wife said the bathrooms were as clean as a country club locker room so that's worth 5 stars in my book.

We stayed here one night it is a nice little quiet area they have karaoke and a barbecue once a month the manager said there is over 130,000 karaoke songs to choose from so this sounds like it would be a blast. They have a designated area for dogs to potty and they have a grassy area to hang out as well, we will definitely be back.

Stopped in for the night on a travel day between Florida and Utah. We were happy to find a spot. Our spot was clean and everything worked well. We also had a nice tree that provided shade. Tom was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again. Showers and restrooms very clean and well ventilated. The rates were also very reasonable. I am not sure if Tom owns it or is an employee but he takes ownership and pride in the condition of the park.

This was a super convenient spot! Right off the highway but not too noisy, and it was clean and level. Tom was welcoming and accommodating (we showed up pretty late). Easy in and easy out, and there are a bunch of restaurants relatively close by. Glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews on here because they turned out not to be true, which is why I decided to post this. Thank you, Route 66 RV Ranch!

If I'd known the services were as bad as this I'd never stopped here. Yes the space rent is about average, not the highest but not the lowest either. The laundry machines are tiny I mean tiny and they are expensive. The internet service is slow and unreliable, if you remember 1980's dial up. If you plan to stop over night its ok but long term stays, go somewhere else. It would be worth it to pay a little more to get a lot more at other parks. Its also so close to the highway you cant get a good night sleep.

Honestly the best RV park ! Me and my Boyfriend were so amazed by the bathrooms, so incredibly nice. The owner was nice enough to put us behind the building and next to the bathroom to block us from the wind!

This is a very nice park, sites are clean, spacious and level for overnight stays. The Gentlemen was very pleasant to visit with and very helpful. The reason for only four stars is price.

Half a star would be more accurate. Bait and switch on pricing. Very incompetent on site manager. Has no idea about RV's. Told us we were wrong about the length of our class a. It's 45 feet. Of course, that's the longest you can buy and we don't tow anything so when she assigned a 52 foot space and we were 10 feet over in front and back, rather than admit the space was less than 30 feet, she told us our motorhome was longer than 45! Amarillo has very few good points. We will change our stops in the future to ensure Amarillo is not a place we stay over. We absolutely do not recommend this rv park.
