They did repairs on my car A week ago that Friday I couldn't go to work because it started trying to stock up on me again that Tuesday afternoon I took my car back it took them 2 1/2 daysTo get it checked out I finally got my car back on the third day they have very bad service I would not recommend anybody to this establishment

I gave one star for being able to make an appointment online. My appointment was at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. I made the appointment because I discovered a leak on my garage floor and wanted a diagnosis and estimate of repair. The lady was friendly at the counter and she asked one of the techs to give me a ride home, which happened right away. So far so good....right?
I hadn't heard anything by 3 p.m., so I called to see if they had any info. The lady in the office told me the tech had just started looking at my car and there was no information yet. She said the tech would be working late so he might have some info the next morning.
On Wednesday, the next day, I hadn't heard anything by 10 a.m. so I called. The office lady said the tech who had looked at my car the day before had not shown up for work yet. I asked her if she could get me some information....she pulled up a ticket on her computer and started reading things like air conditioner system needed flushed and needed refrigerant. So I asked if the leak I had was the air conditioner? She told me she wasn't sure but would get another tech to talk to me and put me on hold. When the tech got on the phone, I asked him about the air conditioner, if it had been leaking. He was apologetic and told me the lady had pulled a ticket that wasn't mine and he would look in the other techs notes, which he did and told me it appeared like there were 2 different leaks, one in the steering system and one in a main seal. I had only seen evidence of one leak on my garage floor, so was concerned. The tech told me the tech who had looked at my car the day before hadn't started a ticket on it and that he would do that and get back to me with an estimate.
By 2 p.m. I hadn't heard anything from him, so I called back. The office lady looked for a ticket and told me that the tech hadn't created a ticket. I asked if I could talk to him and he said he was gone to lunch. She created a ticket from notes and came up with a repair estimate of almost $4,000. At that point, I told her I really needed to talk to a technician and asked to speak with the owner. She told me he wasn't in yet and would likely be in about 4 p.m. I told her I need to speak with him and she said she texted him a message. I told her I needed to come pick up my car since I wasn't able to talk to anyone about what was really going on. She was pleasant and said she would make certain it was ready around 4 p.m. I Ubered there and arrived just past 4. I asked if Rodey was in yet and was told no. So I told the lady to make certain he gets a message to call me and she said she would. She pulled a ticket and said I owed $150 for the diagnosis and estimate. I paid, got my keys and left. That was Wednesday after 4. Today is Friday at about noon. I haven't heard a word from Rodey, no call, no text......nothing. I would not recommend this business. Internal communication appears very poor and there was no manager/owner there either of the days I was there. I would likely have not heard anything had I not made the calls I did. Johnathan and his crew do outstanding work. I watched him change out a wheel bearing assembly and brake job. He goes the extra mile to do things correctly. I HIGHLY recommend Rodney's Auto Repair

My experience with this auto shop was very straightforward, professional, courteous, and honestly priced. I took the vehicle in to troubleshoot a loud humming issue. Rodey took it for a test drive and determined it was bad wheel bearings that needed replacement. I made an appointment to drop off the vehicle the next week in the morning, and got it back that same afternoon, as promised. He adhered to the original estimate, and took the time to explain the source of the underlying issues and how best to approach it without feeling pressured. Everything went according to my expectations, and now my vehicle purrs much more quietly and happily on the open road. He was recommended to me by the Tinker AFB auto hobby shop, and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended.
