Roadrunner Glass

Had a sliding glass door spontaneously shatter on the inside of an empty room. Roadrunner glass was able to repair it so quickly by letting me bring it into their shop. They measured it and in three days called for me to bring the door back in. They took about 15 minutes to install the new glass and it is as good as new! Also charged $100 less than the quote

Although they got the job done, unfortunately the technicians left broken glass all over our backyard and didn't clean it up or tell us. Thankfully our dogs didn't get to it...but we are still picking up pieces every time we go out there. Not very professional!

Pay and Pack set a request to Roadrunner to measure my two showers. I waited a few days and never received a call. I contacted Pay and Pack to follow up. Pay and Pack called Road Runner and was informed that they don't do measurements. I was told by Pau and Pack that someone from Runner office immediately called back andu was informed that Road Runner indeed does measurements. A few days later, a person showed up. What a joke! First, he never called me to advise that hw was on the way. Second, he barely knocked on the door. When I opened the he was on his way back to his truck. Third, I hardly said a word to me other than the wall wasn't straight! Undoubtedly, he has encountered this with other houses. Pay and Pack called to inform me that Mr. Personality declined the job because my house was not safe and " he would be unable to do a satisfactory job". Admittedly, my house is in chaos due to a number of factors. I told him that everything would be out of the way when the installer came back. Poor communication with me and the store. I would NEVER recommend this company

I have worked with Roadrunner on multiple projects, and every person, from the owner to the ladies working the admin, and all of their install guys have been so professional, timely, and have delivered on superior quality work. I had them install a shower door for my bathroom remodel, and I am ecstatic with how the door really just tied the bathroom together. They also helped me out with some extra parts that were missing from my other shower door that I didn't purchase through them, nor did they install it.

And recently, I discovered that the frame on one of my old windows had broken, so I called them to give me a quote for the repairs. Not only did they deliver (again) on showing up on time, and with a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way, but they saved me what could have been upwards of $1,000 or more by fixing the spring in the window. I really thought the entire window assembly was going to have to be replaced. Since those specific windows aren't even made anymore, I would have had to replace all three windows in that room. Instead, I ended up paying for the service call and two $16 springs. The window now works better than any other window in my 25-year old house. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is in the market for anything to do with glass.

Just spectacular customer service. Fabulous prices, I was shopping for a piece of glass for my tabletop and was posted $240 at a different store. I left this store, with tax for $60 for the exact same thing. Add to ridiculous price savings, their amazing customer service and I just can't imagine shopping for glass anywhere else.

Added: this is the 3rd time I've been here, each time shopped prices and each time, same results. You won't be disappointed!

As a realtor I've had the "opportunity" to use several vendors and come in contact with several window issues.

Roadrunner Glass has been fast and efficient and pleasantly refreshing! They (Tim) has offered "fixes" vs replacements if appropriate. They have given several clients free estimates and surprisingly didn't say "replace them all!"

Also very nice is when you call into the office, Emily is friendly and efficient!
