      Congratulations To; President & V-President

Michael Johnson & Mike Crane for GROOMING thier Corporate employee Dean Degroot and his key players Britt Bridge and Marcus Green into thinking that women are inferior to them. Thank you for teaching them that if a woman comes into your place of business alone it is their job to be sure she walks out with a car, but make sure the cost of her car is over at least $40,000. But if she is accompanied by a male over 30yrs of age then be careful.

My daughter went into 1680 28th sw Wyoming 49519 Mi. store and was sold a repossessed car for 44,000. It had been in multiple car accidents in which you could tell from the dented up body,. This car had several dents all around it, scratches all across the hood that were clearly made from an angry person. The transmission was stalling, there was a smokey smell coming from under the hood into the car. The lights inside kept sticking, wheels where sqeaking, it had not been detailed, there was food at the roof of the inside of the car and much more. Once I witnessed what they sold her I took her right back to the company spoke with a Britt Bridges about what they had done told him this was unexceptable and he called the POLICE! We explain to the cops that Britt was angry because we would not except his excuses. We said he was angry because as women we were standing up to him and he did not like that! We then allowed the cops to view the evidence paperwork and price $44,000 they freak out as well. Nothing was done cops left no report.
We reached out to Corporate to get more support on this issue as we were still unhappy.
3 days later we met with a Dean Degroot: He was an OutRight DISRESPECT Person I don't know how he is in his position we tried to lodge a complaint against Britt Bridges and he said no he won't allow it!

We then made this sorry company draft a letter relieving my daughter of all responsibilities of this non funtionable car she has sihned it. Now I am looking to lodge a complaint against this company for fasley calling Police on myself and my daughter. Priceway Auto l pray that someone come and Audit your Wyoming store You are price gouging these women becauseyou know they need you. I pray that every person that read this that had a bad experience with you speak up! I pray that for every Woman that you have financially abused God would reveal who you are and close this company down for there wrong doing soon! Because your praying on the poor, the people your supposed to be helping your hurting.

This place is the absolute worst. Horrible, shady, high-pressure sales tactics. They will sell you absolute garbage and make a pretty penny doing so. Dumb me for not doing my due-diligence a few years ago when I purchased a car here. I can't begin to tell you all the issues I've had with it. Oh, and the car had over $13,000 in fire damage. FIRE DAMAGE!!
I have no idea how these people sleep at night. They're crooks.
Please listen to these reviews and stay far far away. The only good reviews you see on here are posted by the people working there. Look at the review from "Amber". She has one yelp review ever, and it's for right way, singing their praises and letting you know how much she adores Emmanuel. You think it's a coincidence she also joined yelp the same exact time she left that one single review? Haha

Joel M. is correct. Nothing but sleeziness and manipulative tactics, including Bait & Switch. I found three cars in their current inventory listed on their website. On their website you can reserve a time to test drive the cars. I did this for a time about a 1/2 hour in advance. I even received a confirmation text and email about my reservation. When I got there I talked to a "salesman" named Tony G. I told him I had an appointment to test drive a few cars. He asked me which ones and I told him. He left and came back a few minutes later. He asked me to sit down and started asking me about credit and financing. I said I had money for a large down payment and had the rest financed through my credit union. He leaves and comes back a few minutes later. He then tells me that they don't have ANY of the cars I was interested in. What??? He then says they don't have any cars in the price range that I was looking at (I hadn't told him my price range). He then says that their cars generally start at around $9K-$10K (this, of course, was a few thousand over the Bluebook value of the cars I was initially interested in). By the way, they have cars listed in their inventory that are valued as low as $3500 (according to fair value listed by Bluebook), thus his $10K claim was not true. When I politely asked him why their website would list these cars they don't have, and allow me to make a reservation to drive them (which I drove from Rockford down to Wyoming specifically to drive these three cars) he plays stupid saying he doesn't know anything about the website and what's on it. When I asked how he's a salesman yet doesn't know about what cars are on the website he gets all defensive and accuses me of blaming him. I said I'm not blaming you I'm just wondering why I was able to make a reservation to drive cars and took time out of my day to drive them and then you say you don't have them. He again plays stupid. So I just stand up and start to walk out the door to which he raises his voice at me and says something like "Hey, did you just come in here to argue?!! Is that it, you just want to argue?!!" I said nothing and continued out the door and left. I then quickly drove around their lot and of course I see ALL three of the cars I was interested in right there on the lot. This guy lied right to my face!! And he clearly did it to try and sell me a more expensive car!!

I then went home and did a LOT of research on this company and found nothing but bad reviews all over the place--except of course their own website which has over 250 reviews by "actual customers" every single one of which is 5 out of 5 stars. Wow, how convenient. On their own website there are 262 reviews and every single one is a 5 star?? That never happens. There's not even a single 4 star or 3 star rating. Even the best products on websites like Amazon get 3 and 4 stars and here this used car company is trying to say that every single review is 5 stars?!?! Nothing but fraud going on here.

This place, and this "salesman" clearly tried to pull a bait and switch on me. There is a clear scam going on at this place and they are preying upon people who have bad credit/no credit/ low income who essentially have no other choice because Rightway is the only place that will finance them because they will finance anyone. They claim they care to help people's credit but instead they know people will default and they can then just repossess the car and sell it again. Fortunately, for me I don't need credit help and was able to recognize what was happening and didn't fall victim. But I'm sure hundreds of other people have not fared so well.

Don't waste your time with these clowns.

One last thing -- I don't have personal experience with their warranties, but from all the reviews I've read they also don't stand by their alleged 6 month warranties. They are just bogus warranties. They even upsell longer warranties (up to 2 years) for more money, but again the warranties are bogus. Any problem you have with the car (and you will have problems) they will not fix it. You will have to pay for the fix yourself. Furthermore, the prices they charge for the cars are WAY beyond the fair bluebook values, sometimes double the amount. Again, stay the hell away from this place!

I'm about about to buy a car here but I want to know more about the company. They said they can take away my past loan and give me a discount on the used cars I was looking at. They didn't have the jeep or Honda civic I wanted I'm not sure if they are a scam or not. Very clever/"friendly" sales people.

I bought a great car in may of 2018 nice Chevy good runner But, when I took it home 2 weeks later it had a real bad Oil leak ,transmission leak and needed a gasket so I took it back and yes they did have it fixed the problem then the left front drivers side head light went out so I took it back because I had a warranty so they could fixed it but the warranty only covered motor and transmission problem so they told me they wasn't gonna fix anything thing else on this car they gave me a warranty for 6 months but with all these problems they didn't want to fixed anything else on the car they said it was up to me, so just to warn you make sure you get a good running car and also that they honor the warranty so I'm only giving them 2 stars should be 1 star but they did fix the problems that I had.

      First to Review

Slimy sleazy dealership. Very condescending, very high pressure sales. I told him what cars I was interested in & what price. He then took me to a car I was specifically not interested in, for more a month than I said I was willing to pay. He told me he didn't know the price of the car, 'we don't do prices' he said. When I told him I didn't like the car, he yelled at me. When I told him I would like to see other cars, he told me I didn't have any other options. I was only allowed to buy this one car. He tried to make me feel bad about not wanting to buy the car I didn't want at the price I didn't like. I am a salesman and if I ever acted like 'Ron' I would be fired on the spot. I told him we were going to go check out other options and he stood outside my car telling me how good of a deal this was. After I left, he called me for three straight days and left voicemail messages. DO NOT GO HERE!

FYI - when they tell you they don't sell your information - the paperwork you are signing says they will sell your information in the fine print. DON'T GO HERE!

Do not go here if at all possible! Although I like the car I got I should have gone to Car City. Paying double the value (or more) on a car. When out test driving it ate my CD..wouldn't eject. Was told before I bought it They would fix it. Then when it came to bringing it back in to get fixed they didn't hold true their promise saying "it's not a safety issue so we won't fix it." The car we bought at Car City is a better, newer car with lower mileage, by far nicer and we paid a lot less for it. And over there you get the car you WANT. I'm going to get my car paid off as soon as possible so I can rid myself of this place!
