All around just a horrendous experience. Do your research and fix everything yourself as opposed to giving these people any of your hard earned money. Car battery there was over twice the price as Costco(Just found the overpriced battery they tried to sell me was a SCAM). My original battery was less than a year old and in perfect working condition. Don't expect them to wash your vehicle like every other dealership I've been to. Expect the worst of everything. That's what they deliver!

Dishonesty is as rampant as incompetence at this dealership service department. Get your vehicle serviced here plan on getting scammed and ripped off. They are professionals at leading customers to costly repairs just to get the most money from them.
This dealership needs to be audited !

I have owned several Jeeps throughout the years and have enjoyed each and everyone. My latest has been giving me some mechanical problems. Well I had major work done @5000 miles ago. It has been driving fine and I drove it from Spartanburg to Charleston. The engine had a misfire so I drove into Rick Hendricks to see if they could repair it. They couldn't get my car in for 3 weeks. When I asked for a local mechanic I got a blank stare and the response from the service manager he's never had to use a mechanic. Ridiculous!

Great service Writer Cliff. Took my truck in wrote up the warranty recall. Cliff said Two days to get my truck finished and back to me. They did great they had it a day and half. Recall has been taken care of. Cliff is an asset to Rick Hendrick Dodge.

Took my car in to get regular maintenance as well as fixing a light that was on (front collision service light). I was told this would take all day so I planned to drop my car off for the day. When I got there I was told that it would actually take until Monday (it was Friday) so I opted to only do the regular maintenance. Who can just leave there car for an entire weekend with no notice?!?! Super annoyed that the person I talked to on the phone clearly doesn't communicate with the people I spoke to while there. The regular maintenance was pretty quick (1 hour) but if they had been honest over the phone I would've made other plans since the regular maintenance wasn't quite due yet.

If I could give it a zero I would. First we were lied to by the car salesman about the towing capacity, by the time we got out of the dealership it was dark and we had no time to go through the jeep, salesman said check it out and if theres any problem bring it in. I found a large mark on the rear seat, brought it back next day, the detail shop tried to remove it but said to take it home and check it out when it dried, we did, a couple of weeks later we brought it back along with an issue, we thought, with the front glass. The sales MANAGER came out and it boiled down to what do you want us to do about it, and how do we know you didn't do something and just want us to fix it. do you want to trade it in???? Its a NEW Jeep.. Please people do NOT go here.. nasty attitude as soon as your check clears!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Purchased a Jeep on 8/21. On the paperwork it states that it comes with a soft top. Fast forward through many attempts on my part to fix it, I was told they are unable to get the parts and are not going to replace the top. Stay away from them. They're your typical car salesman. Every manager I spoke with assured me they would get it done and obviously they don't care about their customers they are even to point of lying to corporate(thanks sales manager and the sales guy, but nothing is as bad as the manager who discriminated against me). Please go to the other dealership!

Screen started delaminating at 30k on a new vehicle. replaced under warranty. At 50k, started delaminating again. they wanted to charge $700. After much arguing they agreed to replace. Ordered part, scheduled service, they sent the part back before my service date. After taking off work, leaving car, to get a call saying the radio was sent back. Why?!?! I have given this place multiple chances to keep my business. They have horrible customer service every time I call the service department. They do not care about keeping your business or explaining information to you. Please get service somewhere else that deserves your time and money. Don't waste it here.

I'm from Michigan and was visiting family when my van broke down. I called Rick Hendrick and although they said they were booked for weeks, I explained that I was from out of state and was supposed to be heading home the next day. They were so gracious to get my van in and back to me the next day. They also recommended a tow company to come get us and tow our van to the shop.
