Remington Golf Club

I like to call a course like this "tired". You can tell that in its heyday it was probably an awesome place to play. The layout is nice, and the greens were in good shape. however everything else seems to be a bit run down. There was a lot of clover and other invasive grasses on the fairways and the t-boxes could also use some work. Although the carts functioned well, they were in a bit of disrepair with seat damage or other defects. There was also a shower in the run down locker room, but questionable if I would use it. Although the price here (like the also 'tired' Kissimmee Country Club next door) makes these courses very affordable, the conditions show it. It's really too bad.

One outhouse on the course. No trash cans or rakes for the sand traps. Starter was very pleasant and friendly.

This is a great place for a quick round before catching a flight home. The course was decent and a great value. Love how it was low key jail and spread out holes. What made this memorable for me was that they had showers. And soap for washing off the sweat before going to MCO. Thank you Remington management!

A couple wet and muddy spots on back nine but otherwise the course was in good shape. 17 of 18 greens were in very good shape and rolled true.

They have made a lot of improvements to the clubhouse over the winter, and the course plays better than ever. I still can't believe how much the course has improved in the last few years. The guys and gals in maintenance should be proud. Friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

You will get what you pay for. The conditions are poor at best. I rented clubs and all that was in the bag was a driver, three Wood, five Wood, Fairway wedge, 2 eight irons, 2 nine irons and a putter. I scheduled the first tee time of the day and they let three people go in front of me. No starter at the beginning. It was cheap so I definitely got what I paid for.

I should have listened to other reviews if you do anything listen to this one we were a foursome our teenage sons and us course was not in good shape fairways have plenty of random weeds growing and greens are what I would consider fairway length locals were the most unfriendly as well we golf all over the lower 48 never been this disappointed paid what I consider average for 18 and a cart ($40) staff was super friendly tho unfortunately the course wasn't in great shape and obviously hasn't been for some time

Wonderful day playing golf today. Even after the rain this weekend fairways were in good shape as were the greens. Just love some of the compound slopes on the greens as they challenge you.

Enjoyed a chicken cheese steak salad at the club. The prices are good, the location convenient and you can ride over in your golf cart from the pool.

Golfed here on a Sunday afternoon. Before our tee-time we ate lunch in the restaurant/bar and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad once I applied the honey-mustard.

There's water on almost every hole here so if you're not ALWAYS a straight shooter, bring extra balls.

I give this place 4 stars because it's slightly-better-than-average course. It's priced well (went out for 18 at $27), the course is fairly well kept, the greens are nice but not perfect, and the carts are kept well.

My main complaint would be the huge wait / hold-up around the 12th/13th hole. It was so bad that there was about a 10/15 minute wait at each hole. Given that my group went out at 2:20 and started getting held up around 5, we decided to leave and not finish. Big disappointment.
