Reliable Auto Collision

Went here after a few referrals and I'm so glad I did. Mitch and his team really went above and beyond to ensure efficiency and that I was comfortable leaving my car in their care. I was in an accident recently and needed my car repaired, the other's driver's insurance company was giving mine a hard time. But my insurance agent called Mitch, and he was SO understanding and easy to work with. I appreciate everything, I've never been to an auto repair shop that was as pleasant an experience as this one. He made me feel comfortable and confident that my car would be taken care of and it was.

FINALLY!!! An auto repair shop with honesty. I don't have to know about cars to leave my car with RELIABLE! I am a woman who has always relied on the mechanic to be upfront with me. I post because I know we get roped in to repairs that we don't need. I don't expect anyone to be nice, I have to rely on my gut feeling. I was referred to Reliable auto collision by my insurance company. That as comforting. The owner, Mitch, was very pleasant. Told me he would handle everything with my insurance. It was a relief to not worry about anyrhing. I picked up my car today and it looks better than ever. The servicemen were very nice. I am confident that Reliable will be my Go-to auto repair. I had a very positive experience at Reliable Auto Collision. I did my research prior to dropping my car off. I went and met with Mitch and he addressed all my concerns and assured me my car will be fine and ready in 3 days he also offered to drop me off at the train station since I work in the city. From the bottom of my heart thank you Mitch for doing such a wonderful. My car looks awesome. Thank you for also detailing the car and touching up my rims. I would recommend this location to anyone. Mitch is very patient and will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. You will always have a customer in me Mitch!

Writing this review is the minimum I can do for the amazing service I got at this body shop. I initially went by referral for redoing the front side of my car due to an accident on my Nissan Sentra. Not only did the owner is a very pleasant person to work with, but Mitch personally fixed some other damages that were not part of the accident on the spot, no charge! Awesome!! I couldn't be more happier with the work and the service. Car looks brand new!!
