I wish I could give zero stars based on the customer service my family and I just experienced here while attempting to resolve a problem. (Note: Little Rock location helped us no problem.) The manager, Michelle Squires, was extremely rude with us. After about half an hour of her snide remarks, she was asked why she was being a smart ass.

That question ultimately resulted in a threat to call the cops, to which my sister-in-law said to the manager that she didn't have to be a f*****g b***h. We then walked outside to cops surrounding our vehicle. It should be noted that violence or personal harm was not threatened at any point during this encounter.
