The branch in 5 points is the worst not helpful at all they can't help me with money that came out torn ( pull the cameras) but since they don't serve there own ATM she went and got an 1 800 number of the ATM guess who the 800 belonged to Regions they tell me they are just a call center that the branch with the money has to do it so I call them back they are going to make an 85 yr old women file a claim this is ridiculous now my mother is freaking out because she doesn't understand it's a bank she just wanted to get her money and pay her bill which now is going to be late and added stress to her already weak body.. wonder if thats how they treat there mother's it's a shame and exactly why I know longer bank with them they do not care about there customers ..

My husband and I have had an account with Regions Bank since 1962. During this time, we have not had a problem with this bank. Recently, I received a call from their Fraud Department making me aware that someone was trying to charge to my credit card in another state, that they had cancelled the card and a new card was in the mail. I went in to a branch near me last year and was able to get the funds I needed with a personal loan within a few days. I do not know the recent rating of Regions, but at one time they were rated one of the strongest banks in America. One cannot do better than to have their money deposited in this bank.
Fact: No bank will freely give out information regarding any account unless you have in hand all the information needed to complete the transaction you are calling about. I found the telephone number of several banks this afternoon simply by "Googling" the name of the bank, and then clicking on "location."Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ray W.Huntsville, AL02Mar 3, 2015First to Review
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE 800 PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER INFORMATION!!! If you want to find a local branch phone number. FORGET IT! If you want to speak to a live person. NOPE! POOR POOR VOICE RECOGNITION! Ran me around in circles till I was ready to beat the phone on the table. I'm a very patient man but by the time I hung up my frustration level was through the roof. i didn't want Regions ever to touch my money. Regions I understand the privacy thing you got going but when a potential customer needs a little information. why do you PUT THEM OFF with your electronic voice box. can't you afford a service rep. that could help with a little information? TAKE A NOTE REGIONS! If I feel this frustrated about your 4 narrow inquiry questions and no way to get to an operator for new members information. Then you have lost a lot of potential customers, who with a few clicks of a mouse went to your competition... you'll get a kick out of this. A regions bank employee said if you let the recording circle three times an operator will answer. Tried it. Let it circle 15 times. NOPE!
