Delicious drinks and nice selection of pastries. The chicken Florentine empanada was awesome!

Great location , clean place , eager to please staff .

But ....if a coffee haunt is going to draw in big numbers and not have a food selection like Starbucks or Coffee bean and tea Leaf , the regular coffee should be outstanding . It's .....ok

And please have Splenda or sweet and low available !

I'm no retailer but my suggestion is invest in the very best bean , for a robust , invigorating experience .

Came in on my kids last day of Winter Break for vegan donuts for her and some coworkers and I purchased 8 donuts. I asked for 6, they accidentally packed me two that I didn't ask for and they were going to put them back but I figured someone would eat them so I purchased those as well. TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS. That shocked me because these are pretty small and that's just crazy for less then a dozen..I had called to place the order and the server had to ask if the price was correct for a half dozen, thinking maybe there was a deal when you purchase more- nope, sure isn't. The donuts aren't typical donut consistency so my kid wouldn't eat them either but the rest of us thought they were tasty. They're very dense and cakey. I was disappointed that these were a treat for my kid and she didn't want them AND I spent a lot on them but that's life. Service was still nice and fast.
I ordered 2 strawberry sprinkle, 2 chocolate sprinkle and 2 churro flavored donuts and also received 2 chocolate salt. They do not have boxes for half dozen/dozens so I assume they only want you to purchase them one by one.

I was running some errands on a weekday morning and stopped here for some caffeine and carbs. I ordered a flat white and chose a cinnamon roll from the many offerings in their pastry case. The perky woman behind the counter offered to heat it up which I enthusiastically agreed to.

I wanted to sit and enjoy my purchase there but every table in the place was taken by single laptop campers who had seemingly set up shop for the day (at tables that would normally seat 4 people) or senior ladies with long-empty mugs enjoying their morning chat. There were a couple of available outdoor tables so, braving the chilly morning air, I took my items outside. There was another fellow in his hoodie huddled at the table next to me warming himself with a hot drink of some sort.

The cinnamon roll was quite good. Warm, fresh, and cinnamony with plenty of frosting that was rich with a mild sweetness, enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. The flat white was well made except for being blistering hot. Even sitting in the cold air it took 15 minutes before I could even sip it.

Still, a great alternative to that behemoth coffee chain if you want better coffee.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. I love the vibes here and the workers are super friendly. There were a lot of people around and I could tell it was a popular spot. It is super clean inside and I got a lot of work done. The music they played was also amazing. I got the blueberry matcha latte and it was delicious. The workers recommended it to me and I am obsessed. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend coming here to get delicious drinks and food.

Weekends are for checking out new coffee shops! I had heard of Reborn before, as they also have a location in Corona del Mar, but I had never been there.

This location is located off of El Toro Rd in Laguna Woods. They're in a medium sized shopping plaza with Home Depot being the largest retailer. I believe that Starbucks used to occupy the space that Reborn is in now.

I arrived soon after they opened at 6:30am on a Saturday and I was the only one there. There were two employees and they weren't the most enthusiastic but the guy barista was helpful. I asked if he could make a strawberry mocha and he said that the strawberry powder or syrup wouldn't mix well with the mocha. I appreciated his honesty.

I ended up getting a regular mocha with oat milk. It was very creamy and delicious. I liked that the mocha wasn't overpowering or too sweet. Their pastry display looked amazing with lots of vegan options. I'm not vegan but I decided to try their strawberry donut, and OMG'! The first bite was dense but the flavor was amazing! I would return for the donuts alone!

This is definitely a welcomed and much needed good coffee shop for the area.

Came here for the first time to try coffee from other coffee institutions other than Starbucks because Starbies wasn't doing it for me anymore.

I ordered the Vanilla Lavender Latte which was a popular drink according to their Yelp page. Substituted the animal dairy for some oat milk because ew milk from cows.

First sip was okay. The ice kinda diluted the taste. Caffeine content was fair. I've had lavender lattes elsewhere before and they were super strong with 3 pumps of espresso - this drink didn't really hit me until halfway thru the drink (maybe because of all the ice).

You can barely taste the vanilla; more of the lavender. I got the regular size which was pretty small. My drink totaled around $7.

The other critique I had was the spout that you drink off of cuz it was pretty big - like those toddler water spouts you see. It was huge and my latte could have easily spilled in my car if I wasn't careful of my turns.

Service was friendly and accommodating. Ambience was super chill. Would probably try other drinks from here in the future. Hopefully they change the tops to their drinks though so I'm not so paranoid of my lattes spilling in the car.

I'll give this coffee spot a 3 for their caffeine content and quality of their drinks.

Reborn is my favorite place to get coffee. The staff is kind and the coffee is good. I come here for the consistency in my drinks, since i always order the same latte.

But I came in on Saturday March 16th in the morning time, and the barista that made my latte made it very milky so I kindly asked her to remake it and now its 95% ice. Please see the photo. The drink does not taste how it normally tastes, even after remaking it. I appreciate her remaking my drink but maybe she was new? maybe this location needs to do more training to make sure that every barista is the doing the same measurements for the drinks.

My friends and I stumbled upon Reborn Coffee while doing a late-night grocery run next door. We decided to check it out the next morning. Though the exterior looks unassuming, it's inviting and modern once we stepped through the door.

The cashier was friendly and helpful. I was curious about a seasonal drink on display, Rose Pistachio Latte. I ordered mine hot and my friend ordered hers iced. I believe this was the first time I've had pistachio milk which I was hoping would taste like pistachios (it didn't). But I did enjoy the subtle rose flavor. https://bit.ly/3LS7phQ

Didn't order any food but I'm glad to see that baked vegan donuts from Caffeinated Kitchen are sold here :)
