The wait was longer than I expected bc I was second in the door when they opened at 8. I was simply getting pads and rotors for my wife's suv.

Outside of that I have no complaints. Mike was friendly and offered a lot of advice with his knowledge of cars. The prices are a lot less than most shops in Indianapolis and the quality is A1.

Also a young lady that appeared to be in her twenties came in for a minor muffler repair and I overheard the mechanic say I can repair that for $20!!!!! That blew me away that was very honest and trustworthy. He could've charged her $300 for something that he fixed in 15-20 minutes.

SCUMBAGS! They said it would take 90 minutes and they wanted to charge me $496 to repair a one inch hole in my exhaust. I got it done in 30 minutes for 75 bucks! I'll never recommend these SCUMBAGS to anyone as long as they exist. Do yourself a gigantic favor and at least get a second opinion.

When I got there five minutes after they opened there were a lot of vehicles ahead of me. It took about 30-35 minutes for them to get to my vehicle and I thought that was great considering. I told them I thought it was possibly a hole in my muffler because the faster I drove the louder it got. They showed me it wasn't my muffler but probably my rear hub assembly. They said they didn't have it in stock because it was probably still under warranty. They told me how much they would charge to do it but I should check the dealership to see how much they would charge and I could choose between the two. My car part was still under warranty and only cost me $150 for the deductible. So this was a great quote from Ralph's friendly staff. Thanks guy's.

They'll keep your car for over 2 months. Won't call you to even give you an update on how it's going or when it'll be done. Are rude and dodgy when you ask them questions and I just feel like that's not the way to run a business.

Excellent experience! I had a dual exhaust with Flowmaster installed on my daughters s10. I dropped it off around 9am with no appointment (they are first come, first serve) on a Saturday. I expected them to have it all day, they were very busy. I got a call around 10am running through exactly how I wanted the exhaust done. The guy who called was polite and respectfully recommended that they should run the exhaust tips a little differently than I asked for. He explained why and it made total sense. It was done and ready to go by noon. I crawled under and the workmanship looks great. Thanks guys!

Took my car there to get my exhaust put on. They over charged me by a lot. $600 in labor for exhaust... Lol anyways they did a terrible job. My exhaust was uneven. One of my mufflers was touching and rattling plus they didn't weld a piece that was supposed to be welded. Instead they just threw a clamp on there and now its leaking along with my car rattling because they had my exhaust too high. Took my car back to have them fix it but they didn't fix anything. They didn't even touch my car actually.

We have been going to this Ralph's Muffler for a few years now and they have always done us right. The men at Ralph's Muffler are hardworking, honest people who get the work done and for a reasonable price. I trust the quality of work that they do because all the work that they have done for me over the years has been satisfactory. I can't say enough about the service they provide. They are knowledgeable when it comes to working on older vehicles like my T100.


I am grateful that these men are working during this cold weather and during this time of uncertainty. Thank you

A refreshingly easy experience. Went for an oil change. Called around to a couple of different places and Ralph's had the best price! No appointments but I went in the morning around when they first open and they got me in right away. Service was fast and the best part was they didn't try to push me for any extra services. Staff were really friendly. Very kindly they even gave me a discount at the end.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst attitude, poor communication, and didn't want to fix my vehicle because I was asking too many questions. I was asked why don't I fix it myself.

Women, avoid like the plague.
