Rally's

Once in a while, you just gotta throw in some cheap burgers in the mix. The Rally's bacon double fits the bill. Gotta love the seasoned fries. A bit on the downsize when served - even when ordering a large size.

Makes sure to have plenty of napkins when chowing down on the burger. The melted cheese, ketchup, mustard, and mayo combination will make the burger patties slide:-)))))

Rallys in Little Creek in Norfolk. This was the worst experience in a fast food restaurant ever. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be brought to my car after being asked to park and wait. I watched another 20 customers be servered in the drive thru. I go inside and my food had not been started. I requested a refund and that seemed to be beyond the staff to complete. I was out my money and my food. As a restaurant owner myself, I would never allow that type of service. Definitely no longer trying to support the community I live in and will take my business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would but the service was terrible !!! I had better service at the Monticello location the young man at the window asked us WHATS THE PROBLEM and he said WE WERE RUNNING UP HIS TIME IN THE DRIVE THROUGH VERY RUDE !!!!! we told him we didn't even get our food while the other person before him gave us our drinks and walked away , I guess our food was sitting on the counter MIND YOU THEY DIDN'T TELL US NOTHING !! we were sitting in the drive for a good minute waiting for our food while it was sitting there!!! We were waiting on them to give us our food !! Ya'll need to hire people with better customer service !!! This was the worst experience ever!! YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING BETTER SERVICE AT THE MONTICELLO LOCATION IN NORFOLK

I haven't been to Rallys in a while. So i was excited to see one on E. Little Creek Rd. I stopped by and got the Champ combo. I wanted the funnel cake fries but they didn't have any. The burger was ok but cold. The fries were good. I asked for ranch and was told they don't have any.

The guy at the window wasn't really personable at all. No hello, thank you, you're welcome, good bye, nothing. This visit fell kinda flat for me. The funnel cake fries and their French fries are good, so I'll probably try a different location.

Rallys used to be my spot. I hope the next visit is worth it!! 3 stars

Rally's isn't always on my radar when I'm thinking of grabbing some fast food. I was driving down Little Creek and noticed this new Rally's and you can eat inside. I've only seen Rally's with a drive thru before today.

The place is new, everything's sparkling clean. I'm greeted when I walk through the door. I ordered the pot roast melt combo and a medium order of chili cheese fries. I have a seat at a booth and a few minutes later, an employee brings me my tray of food. A few minutes later, another employee checks on me and asks if the food is good. She also checks on the other customers and plays with the toddlers at one table. Not a bad touch.

The pot roast melt is a delicious sandwich. I wasn't expecting pot roast sitting on top of a burger would work this well together. The sour dough bread and onion tanglers and melted cheese also helped to make this sandwich a banger.

The fries are always crispy and flavorful at Rally's. The chili cheese fries were decent.

I will definitely come to this Rally's again and explore more items on the menu.

This is a love hate relationship. Used to be the old Long John silvers and turned into this masterpiece. It's new so of course everyone was nice and the food was A1. I'm just mad that I'm really tryna stick to keto and they go and do this mess. I pass it every day on my way home from work.

Temptation is a terrible thing! I can't help myself when it comes to food. Everything else can hold the hell up.

Their drive thru design is the worst.. DO NOT ATTEMPT WITH A LONG BED TRUCK! even SUV and regular trucks are running over the curbs! Some nice car clipped the curb. Ppl are nice tho.. food was typical of a rally's.

So this was my first time trying Rally's. I got the Big Beufford Combo with a blue raspberry slushy. That burger was everything!! I'm coming back for the fries, I want to try the chicken sandwich, the shake, and that strawberry vanilla cone. So excited and full!! Food was hot and the service was great. Thanks

If I could give it a Zero I would!!! I got food poisoning from this place!!! Please don't go there it's not worth it!!! The drive thru is also a ridiculous set up and my small car went over the curve (look at review below for pictures!)

Great customer service but a few things that we asked for, sweet tea & chocolate ice cream, they did not have even though it was on the menu. I went for the vanilla cone instead and a value fry. The fry was pretty salty and the vanilla cone was okay. I believe they will get better with time, as they are fairly new.
