Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Have tried all the chicken finger places (except for Foosackly's) and I think Canes has the very best chicken fingers. Hot, moist and seasoned with a light batter, they are almost perfect! The fries are crinkle cuts (typically not my personal favorite) but these are really good and cooked to perfection. Of the dipping sauces I think Canes house sauce is the best in this realm. Their Lemonade is fantastic too.

The negatives......
1 While I love the dipping sauce, they do not offer any other sauces. One sauce fits all. Fine for my wife and I. Not so much for my kids who like many sauces.

2 The service is very good BUT we arrived early (but well within operating hours) and the staff seemed like we were interrupting their good time as we broke up their "bull session!"

3 A staff member was flopped out over a table ready for nap time in the dining area.....a bit of a turn off.

We have had Zaxby's, Guthrie's, Super Chix and Slim Chickens (our #2....very good) and Canes chicken fingers are the best. My kids think Foosackly's is better but only because of the many dipping sauce options; not because the chicken is better. If Canes is an option, that is where I'm heading for chicken fingers!

So we really love Canes chicken and would love for them to come to Florida but unfortunately this visit was a fail. Not because the chicken was bad, it was delicious, but they gave us the wrong order. We ordered the Caniac Combo to split because we felt that was plenty after a long ride. We grabbed the meal before even checking into the hotel room. Ordinarily I always check my bag before leaving a drive thru, this time that was my fail.
I am not sure who's meal we received but it was definitely not the Caniac Combo.
Only 4 pieces of chicken and it was supposed to be 6 pieces. Not sure if it was supposed to have double bread but it did, and totally missing the Cole slaw. We were a little more hungry than a 4 piece so ugh, we managed to survive (haha)but that extra piece of chicken and the right meal would have been amazing.

My experience this time was so much better! The food was as good as I remember when I worked there. These people had a line out the door and they were on point. Had to wait for a table because they were crowded. This young lady was wiping tables down as quickly as she could. They use wipes for the tables which I loved. Im excited to go back one day.

First of all, the food was amazing! They are the nicest employees ever! The decor is amazing and it is a great place to go for a bite to eat!

Haven't been in a while. The chicken is good, but the speed of service wasn't all that good. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and it was supposed to come with a gift/toy. We didn't get it.

I am a raving Raising Cane fan. I travel to Scottsdale, Salt Lake and now Mobile. Outstanding quality, fresh, lightly fried and always moist. I was so so disappointed that the fingers were not hot at the Mobile location. I went through drive up window and not sure how they were not hot as usual.

Every time I visit Mobile, this is a must stop for food! Food is always delicious, restaurant is always clean, and staff are very helpful and friendly.

It's nice they have an open window to the kitchen so I actually hear the staff "they ain't getting' sh!t from me" in regards to correcting my order. It was a very simple fix that didn't require that unnecessary rudeness.

The chicken was fresh and yummy! I had never tried Raising canes but my college going daughter insisted we try and we were not disappointed! The service took long, but it did not bother as we got fresh, piping hot chicken

I asked for ranch since I'm allergic to the Raising Cane's sauce apparently they do not have ranch and proceeded to scream in my face while I was ordering so definitely not allergy friendly and not the best customer service but I did proceed to sit down and eat my very dry chicken with out ranch it wasn't that bad but the service had me on a rampage so I spoke very clear and loud about how disappointed I was in the restaurant
