The Food doesn't have enough salt for sure but came here to say how clean this place is. I thought it was a new location but manager said it's 8 years old. Very clean!

Dirty, dirty , dirty. Nothing was clean, and they had many bugs flying and hoping around (literally). I had the chicken sandwich and it was edible , but not made with love lol.

Great service! Good chicken. Soft fries and bread grilled on one side. But I was hungry. Do better. But it's decent when hungry.

Came through drive through, I didn't receive any condiments. Went back inside to get condiments and the young black woman at the register refused to give me the condiments after I paid and ordered for extra condiments.

Closed due to the Super Bowl?!? It's a National holiday now? It's 6pm on a Sunday. Wow. We already tried another location and same thing; closed dining room & drive thru line 20 cars deep. No chicken is worth all this! POOR Management=terrible service! You're ruining your brand just due to bad locations!!! (Dallas area..south)

Let's be completely transparent, the chicken tenders are great; 3 Stars. Always blazing hot and absolutely delicious. One LOVE!
BUT, yes there's a but, the building and parking sucks; 0 Stars. Its clear that the building engineer(s) and/or owners and developers constructing this location underestimated the incoming and outgoing traffic flow. One way in/out the parking lot off Hampton Road? Really?
You will enter a parking nightmare if ever you come on a Sunday afternoon. This location is surrounded by churches...Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Dylan B.San Antonio, TX05Mar 31, 2023

Absolutely the poorest customer service I have ever received at any Canes! I blame management and poor training. I will always pass this Canes and travel straight to the Cedar Hill location for better customer service!

Oh my, this Raising Canes is super busy!
We have attempted to go here once before and the line to get in the parking lot is backed up onto the busy street. Why do places like this never have big enough parking lots...?
The employees were working their booty off to get everyones food to them and to get the Tea and Lemonade refilled. We decided to park in the back and go in to order, so we wouldnt get into an accident while waiting in the drivein line. There is a side street entrance that we used and it was fairly easy to get in and out. The employee that was taking orders at the front counter was nice and calm taking peoples orders. The place was pretty loud and things were happening all around him so....he kept his composure and kept being polite and taking orders.
I would go to theis place again, although when is there a slow/down time here? When we went it was like 330, come on most people dont eat a meal during that time....right?!? I guess not!
Love their dipping sauce!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
