Radiant Waxing Nampa

So many mixed feelings. The woman who performed my eyebrow wax did a great job! I'd love to have some customer loyalty from the company she works for to go back to her.

I bought a buy-one-get-one but I don't wax my eyebrows frequently enough to have a need before the second one expires. My eyebrows are blonde and you can't even see the hairs build up for a while. Called to reschedule and the policy is inflexible so they won't reschedule me a week or two so I don't lose the buy-one-get-one offer. I also had life things come up so I won't be able to be at my appointment time. Part of me understands the buy-one-get-one is a marketing tactic to create a habit of going to a business and the other part of me is so disappointed they won't budge a bit to keep me as a client. There are SO many other waxing studios options they should reconsider this strict policy because all I have to do is make an appointment at one of the other dozens of waxing businesses that exist in the area... now the habit is broken and I'll just continue my journey of finding an accommodating wax studio I feel cares about my business.

I had a great experience. I booked on-line and was greeted right away by a nice young lady. She did a great eyebrow, chin, and lip wax and was nice to talk with as well. The service was quick and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use their service again.

I've been going here for over a year now, and have had nothing but good experiences. The employees are always friendly, courteous, and accommodating, and the environment is always clean and calming. Love this place! Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

I was in town for my sister's wedding and made a last minute wax appointment. The experience in salon was great, it was clean and they were friendly. I felt that the wax was a bit hot, but didn't mention it at the time because I couldn't tell if it was just because I hadn't had a wax in a while. I noticed that my armpits were a bit irritated and had a mild rash after my appointment that day and figured it would be better the next day. However, it is now 4 days post appointment and as you can see in the photo, my underarms are covered in burns. I reached out to the salon and they did offer another service for free, but I don't live in the area and would never return even if I did.

I have gone last last 6 months to LunchBox Wax in Nampa. Everytime my brows look perfect. They take their time shaping the brows and trimming them. I go every 4 weeks & have always had a great experience.

Leslie was awesome! It was my first time there and she made me feel very comfortable. She was easy to talk to and made me laugh so the experience was very good since I was a bit nervous about getting waxed. She's a perfectionist and I love that because that's how I am and she made sure everything came out great. I'm definitely coming back to her and I already recommended lunchbox to a couple of friends.

Not a family friendly environment. As a single dad i sometimes have to take my kids with me to get my nose and ears done. They will not let them in the room with me. This came from the owner herself. I will never be going back and will never ever recommend them to anyone I know.

My 1st visit was today.. and I have to say that I am more than impressed, satisfied and happy with my experience. The ladies were very kind and professional. Waxing can be a bit intimidating but I felt completely comfortable. I will absolutely continue going there. My friend also got her 1st wax experience and booked her next appt. Good work, ladies!

I had set up an online appointment for a Waxing. I'm an older man and was a little concerned of how I would be treated. Well let me just say that when I walked through the door I was welcomed by two of the Waxologists and all of my concerns were gone. My Waxologist took me in and explained how this would be. During the waxing she we talked about other waxing services and the processes of how they are done. I will just add that I decided to go ahead with another waxing and I am very happy I did. During this she was very informative as to what I needed to do after these services. I have an appointment in another month for the same services I had but am seriously considering a couple of others in between. Thank You so much for making me feel that it's okay I can do this.
