Mountain Trail Apartments

Worst move in experience I have ever had. $300 more than was written on our original move in checklist we received when first checking the place out 2 days before finally signing the lease. The show unit was carpeted and they stated that our unit would be as well... guess what, no carpet. Slow on getting back to us for repairs and lost our cats info 3 separate times in a six month period, so we had to keep calling up the vets to send in their records. Got their own address wrong on the lease TWICE. Yup they didn't know their own address and when i had them correct it they put it down wrong on the second one too. On move out the cement staircase literally broke in two. So we were jumping a step. The whole experience was a joke and we dreaded every time we had to speak with the nincompoops in the office.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have never had any problems. Even with a management change (that was seamless with no major changes) we have enjoyed it here. There is always a parking space as well in the lot. Maintenance is always quick to repair things for us and they always knock multiple times before entering the apartment. Great amenities and very modern apartment. I would recommend this place!!

Currently living here. Ever since management changed this place went downhill, closing the hot tub multiple times without letting residents know, never following through with what they say, the maintenance has walked into my apartment without my permission MULTIPLE times, and more. My microwave and other appliances were broken when i moved in and it took them over 2 weeks to replace.

Big thanks to our new management. Thanks for throwing fun events and doing so much to build a community here and always being on top of what needs fixed. Great job!

Great complex and I like living here, however, a couple tenants that live by are noisy and party about every weekend. One that lives next to me, always takes out his trash with liquid and now, our side walk is nasty. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Sometimes, we have to drive around the lot a few times to find ONE parking spot. Most of the time, it is across the complex. It's not easy when you have a baby and you have to walk far to get to your apartment

I moved in to these apartments site unseen with the trust of the sales manager that got me into this apartment. I am a registered nurse and I was moving from New York to Arizona and I told the sales person that I most definitely needed air conditioning, she assured me my apt had AC. When I got here I realized this apartment does not have air-conditioning and they were not able to give me an apartment that does have it. They offered me a portable AC unit which I did not want. I have been here two months and I have to say management is horrible. There are a bunch of kids running the office and they really don't give a crap about who you are or how much you pay. They charge me every month for valet garbage and I'm lucky if my garbage gets picked up outside my front door every week when it's supposed to be Monday Wednesday and Friday. Who wants to look at their garbage sitting outside their door for five days...... I know I don't and it really annoys me that I'm paying a fee to have it picked up and it's never picked up when it's supposed to be and they refuse to refund the valet garbage fee. The parking around here is horrible I get home at 3 AM and I have nowhere to park. when I moved in in October my kitchen lights were not working and It took them two months to fix them only after I gave them a poor rating. My apartment was definitely dirty and I needed to clean it thoroughly when I first moved in. The shower was filthy as well as the vents. I do not recommend this complex there are so many more complexes around here that from what I hear from my coworkers are so much nicer and are taken care of and the management actually cares so do not rent from here! I will definitely be moving out when my lease is up!!

I've been here a little over 2 weeks and absolutely love it!! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. 24hr Fitness, gas grills, putting green and so much more.

impossible to get a hold of. i put in a maintenance request and they never showed up. i highly suggest you stay away and find a better and more affordable place.
