I can't say enough good things about Josh and Proficient. When you have a problem, it's pretty plain to see that they have empathy for your situation, and they are ALWAYS the lowest price. We were just quoted HALF the cost for a full set of brakes than Precision Imports quoted (we only went there with an oil change coupon).

In auto repairs, trust is so important, and our family trusts Proficient implicitly. Low prices, excellent work, super nice people. They deserve your business!

Referred here by 2 friends. Very professional and excellent service. Pricing is very good and they were very honest. Most of the expensive stuff I thought i needed did not need to be done. I scheduled an appointment for what I did need done for a very reasonable price.

I can't say enough gods things about these guys. Over the last 5 plus years they have been my exclusive mechanic. I've had enough experiences where I believe both their cost and that I need the work done. Today, I needed a fairly expensive part of my exhaust replaced to pass inspection. The team at proficient not only did it quickly, but in the end Jost was able to find the part for about $200 less and passed the savings on to me. Too many mechanics would have gotten the cheaper part and not let the customer know. I appreciate the honesty and the integrity!

Not the cheapest place but they do good work. Needed my car fixed and they managed to fix it within 24 hrs. Wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone until they looked at it. Charged me a $40 evaluation fee even though I got the work done with them. Definitely pricey for the minimal work I needed done. I did not have time to do it myself and other mechanics had a 3 day wait time. Guys were really friendly and I felt comfortable with them handling my car.

My new auto repair shop. My Honda Ridgeline was growling like a sick lion. I had been bring my truck to Autofair Honda to maintain records...and you know have Honda service my Honda. Autofair quoted my $3500 for an exhaust replacement. Well...they have sucked enough money out of me for 3 years so I decided to see what Proficient Auto had to say after hearing multiple good recommendations for them. All said and done, there was a gasket that was off connecting the cat to the exhaust. They took it apart and positioned everything back the way it should be and it has been great for a couple months now. They told me they would do some welding for a better fix if the gasket fails. Total bill...$97...yes you read that right. Autofair does not know how to fix anything...they only know how to replace parts and that's why we get screwed. Proficient Auto is worth a look if you have a used vehicle in need of some TLC.

They were very detailed in the estimate. They saved me money over other estimates. Great guys to deal with! Done on time! Best I have dealt with in a long time!

Great service! Josh is very friendly - seems like a great guy. $15 to swap your regular tires out for your snow tires (if already balanced). I will definitely be going back there.
