Pro Mufflers & Brakes

I went to HB from South county since all the muffler shops around here think they are in rodeo drive working on bugadys or something. I went to two muffler shops before I saw pro mufflers.
When I got there I was like WTF this place looks pearty ghetto and was thinking I should run for the hills. I am glad i didn't the gentleman when i asked for a quote was a little rough around the edges but for some reason gave me some confidence. It was like I know my .

For sure the gentleman knew his . Explained everything (not my first rodeo) and he went to work the thing I like about this guy is he asked me how I wanted the exhaust installed provided me with options. Not to many shops do that.

The price is on point 200 bucks to have exhaust installed worth every penny he asked for since he did such a great job.

Would I recomend pro mufflers hell yea.

Gabriel was very trustworthy and honest, he gave me a discount even though my brake job meant him coming home later. Kind of a long drive from Pendleton, but definitely worth the trip and will definitely be coming back.

Save your TIME and MONEY he will overprice and he will half ass you're muffler and his welds are terrible plus he doesn't complete his welds.

Second or Third coming here and its always amazing. Quick and super friendly. Everything I want he gets it done and on point. Even when I had little trouble with some things he'll go above and beyond. Wish we had more people like him. I love coming here and his price is super reasonable.

I needed a O2 sensor bung welded on to my 1972 chevelle and I called around. There were a lot of differences in prices with muffler shops so do some homework. I called Gabriel, he was available, close and was priced low. I drove over to his shop and he was quick, was able to take care of what I needed and the workmanship was on point. I was very happy with the work I brought my El Camino in for the same service. This is now my go to muffler shop.

Gabriel is a great stand up dude! He worked very efficiently and provides quality work! He even double checks all the angles in helping to ensure pipings are aligned.

Gabriel if the guy you need to ask for. Helped me understand what needed to be done for what I wanted and how it would come out. This was my first time here as a friend recommended him to do the work I needed. I was able to take off my stock exhaust and put a new muffler, and he made the muffler a bolt on so if I ever need to make it stock for whatever reason I should take care of that myself. He let me know that it was not too loud but enough to where I was satisfied.

Gabriel did a very good job of modifying my Porsche exhaust. He's a very friendly nice old guy that's been doing this forever. He's been at this location for almost 20 years. I have a very precise eye for detail and given my unorthodox request, he really couldn't have done any better. I was in and out in no time and the price was very very competitive.
It's tricky to find him tucked away back there but he's there, I swear. He's always there. Great shop with family values. How many honest mechanics are left out there???

I was in the process of installing my exhaust myself but ran into a hiccup that complicated my problem. I was struggling to find a shop that would be able to see me in such a short notice, but when I called Gabriel he was more than willing to let me stop by so he can check out my problem. The problem was a lot worse than either of us anticipated but he was willing to give it a try if I just left my car at his shop. I was expecting him to call maybe two or three days later but when I got the call that my car was ready the next day I was happy. I checked the work that Gabriel did and I can tell it was definitely a PITA but Gabriel got it done all while trying to get me the most reasonable price.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for exhaust work.

I was driving home from running in errand thru Huntington Park on my way back to Fullerton when my brakes started to grind. Mind you this was around 430 when shops are pretty much done for the day. I called around and nobody wanted to change them out understandable so I gave pro muffler and brakes a call and this man was a blessing. He told me bring my car over. Thee nicest man you could ever meet he had my car done in about 30 min of course we had to wait for parts. Please if you all need brakes or new muffler go see him and give him your business small shop big hearted man. We need people like this and he needs us.
