OH HELL YES - WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was fantastic - fresh and tasty. Service was amazing.
Started with the flaming cheese - good sized portion, very tasty.
Entrees were Fish Tacos and Primetime Steak Burger. Both were so-so-so good. I had the fries and hubby has the homemade chips. Fried to perfection, not greasy at all and served nice and hot.
For cocktails we had an Old Fashion and a Margarita. Both were very good.
Pricing is excellent - this is a highly recommend!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 40216800Jun 9, 2023
It was my first time at Prime Time and it was good. We definitely enjoyed our 25% off appetizers. It was delicious and we had a great time. We ordered Coors, wings, fried calamari and onion rings. I would like to come back for their pizza and other things. Definitely a try if you're in the area.

Food was kickass and excellent pricing, 20$ steak dinner was a steal, I would skip the shrimp next time weren't anything special, the bbq pizza was some kickass pizza, no flop loaded with cheese and toppings solid 9/10 pizza will be back

Don't let the 1 star reviews fool you. This place is far from the reputation it garnered the last 3 years. When I went to prime time I was a bit nervous about what I was to expect considering the reviews. However, I took a chance and came with an open mind, and suffice to say I was surprised by the quality of good service and food was given.
Jimmy the manger does a fantastic job making sure the restaurant stays efficiently available for it's customers. The staff is also very friendly and would gladly assist you in whatever you may need. I ordered the chicken panini with sweet potato fries which was complimented well with the creamy chicken marsala they had for the day. Soups change every day however my server Tara, and the a manager Jimmy helped pick the soup that would complement my dish best.
Good service, good company, good food, and fantastic staff. Prime Time truly is in there prime.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dan K.Oak Lawn, IL571Feb 17, 2024
We decided to come in after a long day to relax and get something to eat. We were seated in the bar area to avoid the dining room. It took a while just for someone to come over to take our drink orders. When the drinks came the person ran off before we could ask to put in starters. No one ever came by again. We waited almost half an hour, empty drinks on the table, before we decided to just put some money down and leave. The staff was running by so quickly we couldn't even grab someone to take our order, but honestly we shouldn't have to. We rarely come here because of issues in the past but unfortunately decided to give it another chance this time. It's a shame too because it's a nice place otherwise.

I came here once last summer. Pros: The place looked nice but was empty for a Friday night. Our waitress, Maya, was so sweet and kind.
Cons: We ordered a couple of mixed drinks and they were not made well. Apps were meh. The steak was bland and overpriced. The pasta dish, though a good size, was just ok in taste.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Karla A.Joliet, IL096Jan 23, 2024
This place is like a comedy of errors! Steer clear of this restaurant--it's so bad, they call it "stealing hour" instead of happy hour. I asked for a turkey club sandwich, and they offered me a burger like it was the ultimate compromise! disgusted by their ethics
We were there before happy hour ended and they claimed it was too late to put in happy hour requests when we still had 20 minutes.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris B.Lyons, IL013Feb 28, 2024
Very slow service and bland, mediocre to poor food. Driest fried chicken I've ever had in my life and the Greek potatoes were quite possibly the most unappetizing thing I've ever seen in my life. I'm not sure a dog would eat the leftovers or recognize it as food for that matter. It does look like it would be a good place to watch sports and drink beer (as long as that service doesn't take forever as well) but I would never go for food alone again.

We have been coming here for several years and have always had a great experience. The menu choices are abundant. The portions are generous. The meals are delicious. If you like fresh homemade bread, there aren't too many places that can compete. The staff has always been friendly, responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Prime Time to anyone who has never been there.
