Very posh environment inside the Bellagio hotel. If you want to sit outside, you have a very nice view of the Bellagio water fountains and can get a dinner and a show. Inside is dimly lit providing an intimate feel. Service was pretty good and able to answer any questions regarding the menu.

We did not start off with any appetizers other than the bread that was provided and 3 Caesar salads split between 5 people. Majority of us got the bone-in ribeye-- mine was medium rare. The meat was perfectly cooked with a nice juicy pink center. All meat dishes come with 3 sauces, of which I rate from best to last soy rice wine, peppercorn, and bearnaise. The main entree comes with some veggies on the side, but we also got 2 additional sides for the table-- brussels sprouts and truffle mashed potatoes. Truffle wasn't overbearing so it was really good. All-in-all a great experience!

come around dinner time for the fountains. Get the apple cobbler!!! Great service, drinks, and seafood!! Also get the Chilean sea bass. But no matter what you get - get the apple cobbler

When we browsing around in las Vegas, we saw an elevator mentioned prime steakhouse customer only. So become so curious and make the reservation immediately. We are luckily There is one tine left in the day. The waiter is so nice guiding Everything

Inside the ambiance is super good. Business dinner, dating, anniversary, or simply friend hangout. All those types Will fit. It is a little bit dark inside.

We got two types of cocktail. There is one named jasmine something (with Rose in the middle). That is the best! Girls Will Love It! Sweet, always can taste pear and flowers inside.
For appetizer, We get beef carpaccio. It is delicious. Super thin layer of fresh raw beef with sesame sauce, mushroom and cheese. Overall provide a fresh taste. It is really good match with cocktail

Oyster half she'll. Love It so much. So juicy and fresh. They provided three different sauce. I like the vinegar one. Super good appetizer

Steak: we chose dry aged bone in ribeye. Highly recommend. It is total 18oz So It is perfect if two girls share it. We got medium rare. It is so juicy and tender. You can taste several texture layer from outside to Inside.

We ordered two Sides
First one is truffled mashed potato. The truffle flavor is fully melted inside the masked potato. So tasty. Te Second is tender broccoli. It is Average standard but I feel more balance if you intake some fiber. Will integrate whole dishes.

Dessert: we order a peanut butter flavor chocolate cake. I forget the exactly name. It is super nutty and serve a big portion. It is super good for the first several bite. Then we got so full and cannot finish.

Overall highly recommend. Average price is 200-300/person

The steak was amazing - particularly with their soy rice wine sauce which we all couldn't get enough of.
The appetizers were a little disappointing and small so I'd just skip those next time.
And weirdly when you ask for ice water they keep bringing bottles of Fiji water I guess to add to your bill but later in the meal they switched to jug of ice water idk why.
The cascading cheesecake was AMAZING and I'm sad I didn't have enough space to eat three of them - so creamy and delicious.
The atmosphere is really cool though unfortunately they couldn't seat us outside (also noting if they seat you outside on the patio it is $175pp minimum spend). Added photos of the menu for details on current offerings and prices (Feb 2024).
I do think I prefer mastros but that cheesecake could tempt me back for sure!

Such an amazing experience tonight at Prime.

We arrived for our 8pm reservation, and was seated closer to 8:30, since the restaurant was so busy.
We were then brought menus and water to start.

Our server Russ, was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't get the busser/runners name but they played a significant part in the outstanding service we had.

Tonight was my birthday, so we really went all out.

Starting with the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp that was garnished with a Passionfruit Mustard. Absolutely delicious. A nice kick with the mustard, but great nonetheless.

Our server explained to us how everything is made fresh to order, so we were free to adjust anything to our liking.

We each got a salad and share the French Onion Soup. Salads were dressed to perfection and the soup was hot and fresh.

For entrees we got the Filet and the Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip. Both were cooked perfectly.
We also got a side of the Crispy Potatoes and the Mac and Cheese.
The potatoes were my favorite. Super crispy, and they came with a flavorful sauce to compliment them.
The Mac and Cheese was super decadent and rich.

At the end, our server brought out a sweet birthday dessert that consisted of 2 Tiramisu Macaroons. We learned that the Macaroon flavors are changed daily, which is amazing.

Tonight was absolutely amazing. The service was truly memorable, as well as the food.

Definitely a great place to visit.

Delicious and impeccable service! The wait staff gave a rundown of every course and the sauces. The short rib was amazing! Crispy on the edges and flavorful. The soy-garlic NY strip was tender a delicious. Finish with the cobbler! You won't regret it. Also, beautiful view of the fountains. I sat inside but would love to sit out on the terrace next time.

I'm still excited about the old age bone in my rib eye when I look back. Our party of five was seated close enough to peer through a window, looking out to the Bellagio's water fountain show, which was gorgeous as the sky transitioned from afternoon to night. Easily ran a $700 (pre-tip) tab, a lovely Vegas ique experience.

Get the waterfront table. The one right by the gate to the Bellagio fountains. Nothing will be the same. Ever. Anywhere else. Forever.

Just do it.

I dined here a week ago with 3 close friends on the recommendation of my Bellagio casino host. If you thought the fountain views from Spago were good, Prime's fountain-front tables are SPECTACULAR!

One weird appetizer to highlight here was the crispy salmon sushi, which I thought was incorrectly titled. It's salmon sashimi on crispy rice, much like the popular crispy rice tuna you'll find elsewhere, but this was done very, very well. We ended up ordering a second dish.

It goes without saying that the meat quality was as top-notched as expected, and among the greats of Vegas steakhouses. We had the soy-garlic glazed New York strip, and the dry-aged bone-in ribeye.

To be completely honest, the soy-glaze on the strip did not work for me. It took away from the steak. So while I liked the beef itself, I didn't enjoy the flavor from the glaze, which I think would have been better for something like skirt steak. The ribeye was better with the peppercorn sauce, though I used a little trick from a club in London, and mixed a little bearnaise sauce with the peppercorn sauce, and enjoyed it way better.

Dinner was a solid 4-stars, but if I do want to highlight their 5-star baked Alaska, which is my favorite childhood dessert. I hadn't had good baked Alaska in 3 decades, and this was so good I was 12 again for 20 minutes. In fact, it was so good I didn't want to share it, and I 'Karen-ed' my way through dessert, limiting everyone else's access. It was MY memory, and MY order!

If you're looking to entertain and impress, this is the spot to do it.

Prime is now a Vegas tradition with my family whenever we come to the Bellagio. We've been here many times here and it's always a fantastic meal and experience

They are located down the escalator by the shops and often times I've seen guests wander down there mistakenly thinking it's a way out to the Strip. They are very strict about their dress code, primarily about not wearing shorts (oops) and so I was told to head back and change. So make sure you are dressed appropriately. The team here is wonderful and so is the food. We were able to have a wonderful meal.

They even have an outdoor dining patio area which we were able to sit last time when we were there during the summer. It was really great to enjoy the fountains while dining outside.

Their house bread was amazing here. That my mom even wanted it to go.
We started it off with a Caesar salad and a French onion soup it was also amazing. We then got porterhouse for 2 and a bunch of different sides as well. We've gotten the baked potato which is humongous, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, creamed spinach, and many others.

To end our meal, we got the baked Alaska and the passion fruit cheesecake. And they're both very picturesque or you're able to take a video of them. The chocolate ice cream pie is really good too which we tried this most recent trip.

A huge shout out to the team here they're very accommodating. Be sure to make reservations before.

We previously dined here just a short two months ago and had an excellent experience. Our visit a few nights ago was not the same. The staff was less attentive
And the food wasn't as well prepared, seemed like it was rushed and thrown together. We sat on the patio and their heat lamps were so high that we were all uncomfortable. We all left feeling flushed, hot, and frustrated that nothing could be done about the heaters. If 5 stars can't be the expectation, it would be better to place your bets on a place with more consistency.

Do i recommend this restaurant? Yes. Is the food good. Yes. The interior is beautiful but a bit stuffy and the decor is a bit dated with drapes. Our waiter was super friendly but he had a big party and did not come around as much as I would have liked. There was a delay in ordering drinks. I would try it once but the price is steep.
