Pizza Hut

Man i just don't know why i ordered again from this !@#$ place.

They have no pride in their job i guess and really shows in the crap that they serve.

Just a waste of my time!!!!

Ordered online. Asked for extra sauce because i know they hardly ever put any sause on their pizzas. What do get?????? A dry ass pizza with no sause and the skimpped toppings in the middle.

The bread stick if that's what they called the crap i got were cold as hell and the top of them was all crumbling apart. Makes me wonder how long that crap was sitting around!!!!!

I ordered boneless wings and what did i get???? Left over crap the size of a quarter. Really!!!!

I do not mind spend $27 to $30 for dinner but !@#%&* take pride in your damn work and what you serve.

Definitely not returning to this or any other pizza hut.

I got my money back but no apology or even asked if i would like it remade.

I've always felt bad ordering delivery but the driver Vanessa was really kind and pleasant when coming to the door, speedy may I say. It still felt as hot as it would have come out as so very much 10/10 experience !

I guess if you like unevenly cooked, burnt pizzas, you'll like this Pizza Hut. Half of my pizza was so burnt that I threw it away. I complained and was told I'd receive a call from management but never did. It's such a bummer that both of the downtown locations make such awful pizzas. I'm going to have to switch to Dominos.

Don't order from this place the manager Carter was absolutely disgusting on the phone telling me Off because I had a question about my online order.

Do not order from this Pizza Hut, we waited 3 hours to get our food, then found out our order was cancelled due to long wait time. They did not call us to let us know it was cancelled, I was on the phone with 7 different location's for an entire hour, Unacceptable! After that we were told it would take 7 days for our refund. Last we ended up driving to the location and strictly but calmly asked if we could get our food made right there. They still made us pay for it even after explaining our situation. Do Not go here unless you want to wait 7 days on your refund.

It's a Pizza Hut, so take that into consideration on the rating, and understand that standards are lower than some high-end eatery.

Worked literally across the parking lot from this store for about a year, and over that time frame at here numerous times. Service has always been pleasant (for a pizza joint), and the food's always been correct and hot.

So tired of this location. This place serves crappy undercooked pizza. Go for Francis bogside for carry out or papa johns & dominos for delivery .

took forever to have our food ready and weren't even apologetic. they were behind on a lot of orders yet there was a lot of workers just standing around talking.

Great service at the counter and the hospitality was very good although we were the only in at lunch time, the food was very good and the chicken wings were delicious.

Negative point- the bathroom needs to be cleaned oft. If left unattended it gets bad.

I have been going to the Same Pizza hit for years and all of a sudden they lost my information and kept transferring me to another location that's would not pick up. Decided to go with Domino's pizza. Maybe they would appreciate my business more
