Pizza Hut

Well I have to say so far this is a good Pizza Hut but is not as good as evans's. One thing that really struck a chord was that they had masks on but they didn't have gloves on which they should have gloves on at all times that's what I was seeing in pizza restaurants. But overall is a good experience and not a forgettable one so let's see how it goes in the future. Good service but bad food. The apple pies were very dry and tasteless and absolutely disgusting. They looked like as if they didn't cook them well enough.It's a good thing I won't be back. If you want to go to a better Pizza Hut go to Evan's. You'll have better luck there than at this location.

You can't order online at this store. None of the buttons on their website work.
The worst thing about it, is you can't use the points you already earned by going to Pizza Hut. They don't work when you order by phone.
And I told the manager their website doesn't work, and she told me that she don't have nothing to do with that.

Placed an order here 3 weeks ago. I place my order at 6:05 pm. Was quoted 30-40 minutes. No biggie since it was Friday. Received a message at 6:33pm that my order will be delivered via doordash and will be delivered at 7:06 pm. I didn't place a doordash order. I placed a pizza hut order. 7:06 comes and goes. I notice the time keeps changing to later and later. So I called pizza hut, the place where I placed my order, to cancel it and I'm told that I have to contact doordash. Buuuut the pizza was still there because an employee told me it was. The manager at pizza hut wouldn't even talk to me. I talked to some random person at doordash and was told the order was canceled. Lies. At 8:13 pm someone comes to my house and drops off a cold pizza. More than 2 hours after the order was placed. I threw it straight in the trash. The doordash driver changed 3 times so I don't know who or what touched that pizza. I guess pizza hut got away with my money. It's cool though because I'll never buy anything from them again. I understand places get busy on the weekend but 2 hours is highly unacceptable.

I ordered the Detroit pizza,after getting it home,I realized it is just like little Caesar pan pizza,at double the price,it also taste the same.I was very disappointed, looking for something new.But because of the cost I will continue with little Caesar.

This is tooooooooo damn dry, and was not given a fucking care for. I am extremely disappointed that this was not the only time that Pizza Hut has provided my good hard working money for some 1/3 ass of pizza and wings. Basically I have wasted a drive to and from my house to you guys, and also wasted a good amount of money. AND NOT ONLY THAT, I had to use my personal condiments, on the wings all because of some half ass associates sprinkling a little amount of BBQ Sauce. The supreme pizza was dry as well, and when we got home thinking the food was going to be good, we got fooled. I honestly am disappointed, pist, and was already having a bad day. Let me just say if you want Pizza Hut go to any other location than this one! Not only did the guy have an attitude before even speaking to me and kept rolling his eyes for no reason ! Then as I asked for two personal pizzas he only made one . Already exhausted with two sleepy children, I just wanted grab them some pizza and go home to shower them then relax but no ! After having calm down my two yr old after thinking mommy just isn't getting him no pizza very frustrating! If you dislike your job, why work in customer service?

After 2 years of bad experiences, they finally fixed all the issues. It seems like there is new management in the store and they are doing an excellent job!

Very dissatisfied due to the fact that we were told our pizza was ready on the app. We get there and they tell us its not ready yet. We wait for a half hour i finally go inside. The man up front told me he gave our order to someone else. Didn't explain himself well. Anyways all of the other customers in the lobby looked very upset too.

This Pizza Hut location is horrible. They serve crap food. Burnt breadsticks?? Ive never seen that before. Also, don't bother ordering any extra marinara or crust seasoning, cause they won't add it.

I haven't had a Pizza (sic) Hut pizza in almost 10 years and tonight I remember why. We ordered a Detroit style supreme pizza, wow what a tremendous waste of money, the dough or crust or what ever you call the giant piece of uncooked bread was topped with some cheese some sauce a couple of pieces of sausage and believe it or not, I hesitate to even say it not a single black olive or slice of pepperoni, how is that even possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Oh I just remembered not a single mushroom!! What the what!!
