Pizza Hut

Ordering online was a pain. So, I called. Even worse! Their automated system was malfunctioning the whole time and it took forever. Then, my order was taken to someone else's home while I got theirs. Terrible service, overpriced pizza, not going back.

Came undercooked, so I had to throw it in the oven on high for 15... also uneven marinara . Way to much on like 3 slices - the other 5 slices had mostly no sauce : /

I ordered a pizza for delivery. After 90 minutes, I received a message that my delivery was on the way. 30 minutes later I got a message that my order was cancelled. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I submitted a complaint on the Pizza Hut website. No response and no refund.

Just that this spot has crazy weird hours compared to all the rest of the restaurants around here. 4-10? On a Saturday? Like I get that we have a pandemic going on but every single pizza place around this one has better hours that's counting chains and mom and pops

Just got done eating this thing this Pizza Hut calls pizza. All I did was order two large pizzas and they took over a hour to get done. But I won't even complain too much about the pizza itself. The worst thing about this Pizza Hut are the workers. They are very rude and unfriendly. I live in town but I am sorry to say I will never come back to this Pizza Hut.

Took the family to eat here and food was great but the staff is not multi task efficient management needs to evaluate all staff. I ran a pizza shop for 2years and your crew has to be multi task capable.

First time visiting this location. Tried the pretzel piggy and meat brawl pizza and found both to be disappointing to say the least. The balsamic dressing, what drew me to the pizza, was left off of the piggy. I thought "Okay no big deal, I have balsamic at home," but then found there was practically no bacon and so much cheese you could choke on it. The meat brawl had almost no sauce on that either. Ended up throwing both out, which I have never done. Two stars are for the pretzel crust which was nice and the employees were friendly. I'm sure they're getting paid next to nothing so no hard feelings.

We went here on Superbowl Sunday before the Superbowl. We were one of two tables in the store. We ordered the new pizza with garlic knots on it and a medium sausage pizza. The waiter was awkward and didn't seem like he'd waited on tables before. We only ended up with one pizza. 15 minutes after the first one was delivered he can back to our table. I said that we needed to cancel the second pizza since it didn't seem to was coming. He looked at me puzzled and I said you don't even remember what I ordered. He didn't answer. Later he asked if my daughter needed a refill but didn't bring it. He then asked again if she needed a refill and went and got it. Last he brought a a cookie to the table and I said we didn't order that. He said oh I'll take it off the check but you can have it since it's already made. I felt bad for him as I don't think waiting tables was his job. The garlic knot pizza was a little under cooked and doughy. I was disappointed.
