Pizza Fuego

Been to this spot a couple of times now. I figured I would try the food a few time before I left a review.
Overall I would recommend this pizza to anyone looking for a new place.
The establishment itself is located in a small shopping center. The inside of the place is small but looks clean overall.
As for the customer service, I have not had any bad experiences the times that I have been there. The cashiers were always polite.

Now for the pizza.... It is good and tasty. The dough hasn't been over cooked, the sauce has good flavor to it. And even the amount of toppings they add, you can tell they're not being stingy. Now it may not be the best pizza out there, but it is good, and certainly better than some chains.

I visited the 40th street store around 11:30 this morning
I order 3 pizza. My family absolutely loved the pizza the service was very friendly and fast. I will definitely be returning soon. This is my new pizza home.

I gave this place a 1 star just a few days ago but wanted to update how the owner, Sean, made things right with me as a future customer. I had a horrible experience ordering food and waiting an hour to give this place a call to find out what was going on. Just kept ringing. Called about 10 times. Headed to the store to find out the ovens were not working nor the phones. It was a bad experience as I had a house of kids to feed and having to arrange to even go out to store as I ordered delivery for a reason. Anyways, e-mail pizza fuego of my experience and to issue me a refund. Sean got back to me super fast and unexpectedly I received a hand written card in my mail from Pizza Fuego (Sean) apologizing for my first time experience and gave me 2 free pizza vouchers for the troubles. I have much respect for him going above and beyond to make me happy in the end. Yet, have to try this place and give a review on that. Thank you, Sean!

She scratched her hair while making the pizza, I used to come here but that kinda turned me off from this place be aware

The Fuego in Pizza is bomb I love how the pineapple blends in with the jalapeños
And the pizza is reasonably priced

I went to Pizza Fuego for the first time today in many years. The last time I went to Pizza Fuego was in Ontario, so I decided to try out their San Bernardino location in hopes that they would have just as good as pizza and customer service as they do at the Ontario location. Given the circumstances I experienced today I am completely disappointed in the customer service that I received from this location. First of all, they messed up my pizza order and failed to bring my complete order. After having paid $40 for delivery I was told there was nothing that they could really do for me to fix their mistake. I asked if my pizza could be comped along with the drink that they failed to deliver in the first place or have it delivered correctly, but they simply said they could only reimburse me my drink. If they would have agreed to replace the messed up order there would be no reason to complain but they told me that they wouldn't be able to do that. They only offered to credit me for the pizza, which I would have to personally pick up, and reimburse me for the soda. It's just sad because I know this day and age businesses aren't thriving due to the whole covid situation. You would think that given the fact they messed up on the order, they would be a little more considerate given the circumstances but there was no consideration, no remorse, and no sense of being apologetic at all. In fact, I spoke to an employee by the name of Janet, who was completely rude over the phone and seemed to have no sense of customer service. She was talking to me as if I was a homie on the street and I am just appalled at the situation. You would think an establishment like this would be a little more professional and considerate about their mistakes but they were far from that and I believe that type of employee is the type that will run a business into the ground due to their uncaring attitude. Furthermore, according to Janet, Don the manager at this location comes and goes as he pleases he doesn't even have a set schedule so she couldn't even tell me when I would be able to reach him to address my concerns. This is the kind of situation ladies and gentlemen that will make a mom and pop business fail!

We happened to stumble upon this location and got a large pepperoni pizza for $6 that was absolutely amazing. It was so delicious and filling! We are visiting on vacation and throughout the trip we continue to talk about the pizza we had. We saved a couple slices and heated them up in the oven which was just as good. Well done Pizza Fuego!

Pizza was nasty tasted under done very doughy and the breadsticks tasted burnt won't be back.

This pizza place is a must to try!! Customer service is excellent, would definitely come by for more!

Came in today for lunch, had a great conversation with the staff. They explained the menu and even have a promotion going so i got a free pizza hookup! I've tried the other locations so i was excited they opened up near me. Hoping they stick around, we needed a great pizza place nearby. I will be back for sure!
