Shortly after graduating, Chronis opened his first restaurant in Greece, becoming an immediate success. Upon moving to the U.S. in 1991, Chronis set about learning the local industry and opened his flagship restaurant Valley Forge Ristorante and Pizzeria in May 1996...

Took the grandparents out to lunch last weekend and had an amazing experience! Grandmom's pasta with bolognese looked delicious and Grandpop's eggplant Parmesan was nice and crispy just the way he likes it! I had a delicious Chicken Gyro after our knowledgeable, well spoken waitress told us it was their lunch special.
Lunch was so good, later on that week I ordered a Chicken Parmesan for dinner. The delivery man was prompt and friendly dropping off a warm meal after a long day at work. Oh and the garlic knots! Chef's Kiss!

Food is usually good, service is not. The owner/manager is not nice to his employees in front of customers.

Good atmosphere and a cozy setting. Pasta comes with garlic knots and choice of salad- that's always a plus!! We got the Gorgonzola pizza and haven't had a pizza that good in a while!! Crust was perfect. Server was very knowledgeable and attentive! Usually we have stuff to complain about because we're picking but we have no complaints! Although we do wish garlic knots came in with marinara haha

I shared the plate and it was the perfect am. Hard to believe this is technically a pizza place. Garlic knots were so tasty!
