Piada Italian Street Food

Y'all should be ashamed of the food you send out for delivery absolutely outrageous will never order in or dine in ever again and will make sure everyone knows it

I have been to this Piafa more than a few times and the food has always been very good, so I have no complaints. My last visit this evening not only was the food top notch and not leftover food at the end of the night I forgot my wallet and the head chef took care of my tab. I strongly recommend this Piadas mostly because the food is always fresh even at 9:35 at night the customer service is exceptional

I love the delicious food at Piada! All of it is fresh, crisp & is superbly priced. The service here is wonderful as well; All the staff are friendly prompt & always working. Very clean & welcoming environment
Also THE Best calamari you can find!

There was absolutely the smallest amount of sauce. Noodles were extremely dry Would not recommended

We were all excited to slide into this Piada 15min before it closed, only to find they had already locked the doors and wouldn't let us in!!! ARGHH!!! I have Never had another Piada close early like that .... As u can imagine - HANGRY doesn't cover it :{

This was interesting! The place was clean and it was cool to walk through the process of creating this pasta in a wrap. The food was good but I wasnt blown away like I thought I would be. I guess for me, I prefer my pasta to be made traditionally. The pasta in the wrap was cold and not hot. I am not sure if that was suppose to be the case but I didnt like that part. The price surprised me a bit. For $9, I expected to be full and to receive like a side or something (lol). I guess Im thinking of going to a burrito shop and getting free chips for $8 and some change. I was expecting a WOW factor!

We have tried to support this business during the last couple of years because it is local and we are a pasta loving family, however, the quality of the food AND service has declined dramatically, and I'm not talking about staff shortages or anything like that.
We generally order and pick up using the drive thru (the drive thru is one of the reasons we frequent the Bexley location). The last three times we have gone our order has been wrong, the pasta has been hard and meat has been put on a pasta bowl that was supposed to be vegetarian. I don't know if this is a management problem or what but we won't be back anytime soon.

Food was amazing the service was great and very helpful and fast nice brick and mortar
