Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. And, similar to another review, we stopped in one day just as they were closing, and they were friendly, and offered us what they had left at the end of the day.

Though they offer the standard Pretzel Factory menu that can be found at outposts of this Philly favorite across the region, this location stands out for their excellent service. The staff is incredibly kind, orders are filled quickly, and they work incredibly hard to make sure service comes with a smile. It's always worth it to pop in for a pretzel or box of nuggets if you're passing by!

This a great location, they can fill large orders quickly.I order from this location frequently and they always have my order ready when requested.
One time their oven broke and they called me and I was able to order from another location.
One time recently I forgot to order the day before and called them to order 200 pretzels and they had them ready in 30 minutes.
I highly recommend this location.

I visited the establishment located on Horsham, PA. The reason I visited this location, I ordered a small pretzel nugget tray for a meeting happening at noon. I did call to pre order my request. Upon entering I was greeted by Mike. He was a friendly gentlemen as asked how he could help me. I mentioned that I preordered and came to pick up my order. Along with my order came 2 dipping choices - I chose mustard and cheese. My order was ready and waiting. I requested a bag for my tray of pretzels and none available. I have a bad back and just wanted the security, just in case moment. Mike also mentioned that the cover on the pretzel isn't broken, it is a vent system for the pretzel. At the time of my visit, I believe Mike was the only person at this establishment.
This establishment was very clean. Floor was clean. And it establishment dis smell of pretzel, which is a good thing. I would cont to order from this establishment.

Why are you failing?
1. Items on menu board arent available. Popular items such as cinnamon sugar pretzels.
2. You give customers old products sitting under heat lamps as you wave fresh from the oven products under their noses
3. You are irritated with the customer in front of you & impatient because you are on a telephone call as you are waiting on them
4. Customers may feel that popular items such as sweet pretzel options are discontinued in order to "force" us to buy ridiculously expensive dips so you have higher margins
5. Store seems dark, disorganized, products(pretzels) not well stocked

Best Soft Pretzels in the Philly Area and this location is my go-to. I'm on team Purist/Original with Spicy Mustard, but can never resist dunking a party tray rivet in cheese, cinnamon, chocolate or butter cream at least once. Not a fan of the cinnamon sugar pretzels, hot dogs or other novelty pretzel items - if your new, don't get distracted - this isn't what they are CELEBRATED for. The original is simply perfect - warm, perfectly soft but not undercooked, right amount of salt, and perfectly complimented by the acidic/spicy mustard. I've never encountered a long wait, the staff is always nice, and the pretzels are continuously made fresh.

I tried to buy 3 pretzels but was refused to use my credit card because they had a minimum of 6 pretzels bought for a credit card purchase. There was no sign posted stating this ridiculous process so it's bad practice. The cashier didn't seem to care if I bought something or not. There are plenty of places to get pretzels in this area. My recommendation is stay away.

STAFF's are amazing! Hot dogs pretzels are absolutely fresh and warm! I will come back again!

My son loves pretzel with salt. I noticed mini pretzel had no salt on them so I asked if they have any with salt. She said shore and flip to the one next to it. Now this one, barely has some salt on it. So I gave her a disappointing look and she said "you don't want it?" in a FU tone manner. I took it knowing I'm not going to shop around for a pretzel. And the most F up part is she said "have a nice day" with FU tone manner. Never going back.

Went there to pick up pretzels for work. I was in uniform and they gave us the pretzels for free and thanked me for my service. Left them a nice tip and thanked them. And yes the pretzels were great. They even gave us the mustard for free. Thank you.
