My parents own a place here and I love coming to visit. The pools are great, especially because the one is 16 and over so no kids splashing or playing games. There is a wave pool with sand for all ages. Bars and music set up on weekends. Very chill and fun vibe. They have golf, you can rent kayaks etc for the bay, biking and running trails, a full gym with classes, tennis courts, etc. Also they have camps and such to keep kids occupied.

I agree with the other reviewer about the grill. It is very slooooowwww! For really no reason. They need to fix the food and drink situations, considering its been about 6 years and they have yet to figure out a efficient manner to run the pool club. Overall though great place in Delaware. Love visiting.

Lovely venue, great amenities BUT do not eat at the Grill; great potential but poor management and food quality. Would love to come back and enjoy after they've cleaned up their service!
