Park Burger - Hilltop

Park Burger has become somewhat of an institution in Denver and I can see why.

There locations are great. Designs are nice. Menus are varied with something for everyone. Good service and wallet friendly prices.

I went out with two friends and we all ordered the veggie burger ( it is not that synthetic crap from beyond or impossible ) which is a great handmade patty made from grains. It is a delicious alternative to beef, turkey, chicken etc.

Their milkshakes are delicious and made with good stuff.

Fries and tater tots are good but the seasoning was so so. I would go with plain old fried taters.

Nice parking lot in the back.

Complete bar with a good selection of beers on tap.

Quick service. Tasty variety of burgers. Casual atmosphere. Cajun fries were a little over seasoned but still delicious. Chilango burger was ok, but really enjoyed the cracked black pepper burger.

Noise due to children not being held to decent manners as Moms dine/imbibe at another table. "Me time" does not include ignoring inappropriate behaviors of offspring after soccer practice.

Recently tried park burger because of the fries menu, as I'm not always a burger fan. We tried both the Cajun and the Parmesan truffle fries. Cajun had good flavor but missed a little bit of salt, which I understand why they didn't go heavy on it with Cajun seasoning normally having salt. The Parmesan truffle fries were the star and I'd come back for a big bowl of these fries in the future. The getting figgy wit it burger was cooked well, right on for medium rare burger and great tasting meat. The combination of flavors left me wanting a bit. I enjoyed the Brie with the jam flavor, I would have removed the bacon though and added some hot honey heat to the jam and maybe some pears for texture. Overall, nice service from the team and an open atmosphere that screamed fun from other clients eating lunch.

Rude staff!! I placed a 3rd party order (uber eats). Of the 10+ items we ordered, we received a cold burger, cold fries, and a drink. It was clear the order was missing items because there was a missing chocolate shake, 2 missing burgers, 2 missing fries, missing kids meal, missing appetizer, etc. Anyhow, I called the restaurant and they said to contact UE and they couldn't do anything. UE contacted the restaurant and the manager lied and said they checked all of the food and everything was made correctly and they wouldn't issue any kind of refund. Does this look like the full order? I'd recommend supporting another local restaurant, ideally one that doesn't lie to their customers.

ps. We've previously dined in and really enjoyed our food and staff, so I'm not sure what is going on, but it was a really frustrating experience today.

Neighborhood spot with street parking that can be a little tough, but with burgers TVs and a nice cream place next door - it works. The seating is hard and ambiance is hard seating and concrete floors and fast ticket times with limited menu variety means it's perfect for a table service dinner in a very quick amount of time. Burgers have some unique combos or classics. Fries 4 different ways and milkshakes. Very family vibe due to the location.

I am OBSESSED with this little strip tucked into the burbs. It feels like something out of a novel in that it's cute, quaint and walkable for nearby residents when they want to get out and about. After playing around of golf nearby, my parents, husband and I ventured over for a bite and a brew - which turned out to be the perfect idea.

SPACE: Located in the cute little strip of Holly, Park Burger is easy to spot and has plenty of street and lot parking - definitely a nice perk! Although it was nice and sunny outside, we opted to sit indoors and skip the large patio (has a great view!) and sit near the window to soak in the space. The interior is filled with a a variety of seating options, a large bar in the back with the kitchen somewhat up front to see where the magic happens! It gives modern vibes with clean lines and bright colors, but is the spot where you can sit back and stay a while - which I loved!

SIPS: Needing something refreshing after a morning on the course, we opted for a round of mixed beverages and beer. My vodka soda was crisp and tangy, while my mom loved her gin and tonic and dad enjoyed his IPA!

SUSENTANCE: Specializing in burgers is their game and a good one at that. We all opted to order something different to split and share. We landed on the following:
* The Fun Guy - 1/3 lb. Patty, Sauteed Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese, Haystack Onions, Truffle-garlic Aoili
* Getting Figgy with It - 1/3 lb. Patty, Fig Jam, Brie Cheese, Bacon, Rosemary, Arugula
* 3 Sliders - American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Burger Sauce!
Everything came out in record time, was super cute in presentation and was absolutely delicious! The fun guy was my favorite and literally crave the burger now! I will note that the meals do not come with sides, so we opted to split an order of the works fries which were packed with Ranch, Bacon, Cheese Sauce, Scallio he hhens, which were BOMB. We got the cheese on the side to avoid soggy fries, which provided to be a good decision. YUM

SERVICE: Our server was super friendly, nice and gave us great suggestions, including her favorite meals and sides for sharing. Our drinks were never empty and she provided outstanding service with a smile!

When in the area again, I'd easily return to this spot!

What a great find, well great for me! We're visiting friends here and asked where was the best place to go for burgers. Park Burger was their only answer!

The staff were very friendly though a little slow taking our initial order. Once the burgers arrived we were all set for deliciousness!

You lived up to the hype! The burgers were cooked perfectly. Seasoned beautifully, no need for salt. Fries were hot and plentiful. Our milkshakes were thick and yummy.

Great decor and ambiance. Many happy tables around us. What a great experience, thank you.

This was originally emailed to Park Burger's parent company, but I suppose they've chosen not to respond or engage. So posting my review here:

This location (which I love and have been to dozens of times) is really struggling with delivery orders. Two orders of mine in a row were missing items outright. The most recent order was missing a "The Works" fries and an Asian salad.

The food and the restaurant are both wonderful if you are physically there, but I need to leave this as a 1-star review because twice now I've ordered food that simply didn't arrive.

So, I would strongly advise against ordering through a delivery service from this location.
