Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a large pizza with garlic crust and the crust was 3/4 of the slice overall not satisfied

Unfortunately, I ordered for a large group a day ahead and the order was taken and processed only to receive a call the next day thirty minutes before scheduled delivery time telling me he could not do it. He said he just got the order that morning and could not deliver it at the time we had set it. (wrong - I had ordered it the day before) soI was able to get him to deliver it 15 minutes later but he could only do the smaller pizzas and not the extra large I had ordered. So I asked to add a few more pizzas to feed the large number of people. When it arrived it was the original order only cut into 8 pieces instead of 10 which again might not go as far. I called back to order a couple more and was talked to rudely and then they still never sent the next two I had ordered. Such bad customer service!

I don't know what it is about the pizza places in Huntsville lately. But their customer service is clearly lacking. We were looking to this Papa John's as a backup after terrible service at another pizza place in town. I sat on hold for over 3 minutes and finally gave up. So your rating just went down.

Just terrible.
Management need to talk to the woman that take orders at night she is extremely rude. Rushing me to take my order. Blowing hard on the phone. If you don't like your job find another one. Her customer service skills sucks. I'll be calling Domino's Pizza or Marco's pizza.

Pizza??? Can you mess up pizza? You better believe it !

All pizza oven conveyors are set on a specific time and temperature. If you send a thin pizza crust with nothing on it-you will have a burnt wafer in about 30 seconds. How come pizzas do not burn. Because they have thick stuff piled on to them. Ok so if you have a regular crust to start with and regular amount of sauce and regular toppings and regular cheese your pizza will cook according to formula of time on oven conveyor and temp. However...IF the pizza topping person goes a bit crazy putting extra cheese or too much sauce then the entire pizza will be underdone! Expertise matters! Accuracy matters!

I have ordered pizza about 6 times from Papa John's on S. Memorial Pkwy in the last year or so. I just had a pizza for lunch today. It was made and cooked to perfection! This store is always accurate, respectful and professional in its operations.

Great pizza. Delivery is always on time. I love that you can earn a free pizza by ordering online. My only complaint is delivery charge.

Pizza is good but the guy came 45 minutes early with pizza for a birthday party which I had ordered several hours ahead. He called before the party started & said the pizza is ready- I can bring it now (early) or late. Pizza cold by the time kids were to eat it. Bummer
