Let's see, the place smelled of weed. I went to pickup food and it was a huge setback. I understand that it a popular soother in the food industry but do that at home or at least not near the business. Update: I tried to give them one more shoot and well it got worst. Food tasted terrible. There cook sneezed in her hands and didn't wash them immediately. There was a minor under a table rocking back and forth wrapped up in a blanket. Same child active in the pre/cooking area.

If only I could do 0 star review.

Ordered 4 pizzas at 1pm for a party at 5:30. Called after 5:30 when we didn't get the pizzas. Was told our order was canceled. Then was told we had to reorder. So we reordered. Told it would take an hour. After an hour we called and sat on hold for 20 minutes. An hour and half later the delivery guy (from door dash) shows up.

The delivery guy was kind enough to try to get us some of our money back. But papa johns never apologized nor offered us a refund.

Will never order from papa johns again.

After trying the Derry st papa John's 4 different times in the last 2 months I would like to officially say this store should get no stars. Cold pizza when we get your pizza. 3 of 4 orders were cancelled. Why can't this location go out of business and get a business that actually wants to make money. The employees are rude, crude, and just a bunch of jerks. There was a pizza hut up the street that went out of business yet this papa John's remains. Don't understand why.

you guys are very unprofessional. I placed an order and it was canceled I was never notified. My man dying of hunger and it's totally unacceptable .

Use to love Papa John's. We decided to order. We ordered from the Derry St. location. We ordered two, pepperoni pizzas. The pepperoni, had a very bad taste. I'm italian, i know pepperoni. My sons spit it out.

We called, and got an extremelyRUDE woman, who proceeded to tell us, many times, that the pepperoni was good.
First, we never said it was bad, we were trying to ask if it was turkey pepperoni.
After dealing with her, we will never oder from Papa John's again. The pizzas are still on my counter.

Word of warning,if you do order from Papa John's, make sure its not that location. If you are forced to use that location, hopefully you won't encounter, Miss Sunshine!

Came back home late and figured the quickest was to order pizza for the family. Called and they took a very long time to tell me promotions, ask for location, order, etc. Delivery time was supposed to be 32 minutes and the pizza never arrived, then voided the order after they closed. Not reliable and waste of time, I could have ordered from somewhere else. If they can't deliver the orders, they shouldn't have taken our order in the first place.

Flew into Harrisburg. Hotel Indigo. Wanted a pizza nobody could deliver. Domino's could but 2 hours. Found PAPA John's and they made it very easy. Delivered in 30 minutes. Pizza was 10 stars. Great delivery guy !! Thanks !

My boyfriend and I ordered from this location for delivery about three separate times everything was perfectly fine and as expected.

Then today I want to place an order for a last minute dinner and I was informed that they don't deliver to my house. I was kind of frustrated because I had ordered from their three other times and expected this time to be no different than the other times in order.

The guy on the phone basically laughed in my face and told me that it must've been a previous manager who got fired for not being able to handle third job correctly.

I wish they were more clearer and stay consistent with where they deliver more they don't deliver I'll not be getting pizza from here again.

Terrible takes 1.5 hrs to deliver they don't pick up the phone so you can cancel or pick up the pizza!! Awful service! Food was cold asf
