Papa Johns Pizza

When out of town we were recommended to get pizza here but we were out of delivery range. So I called it in and we went to pick it up.

The crowd waiting for pick up was big and 1/2 the people picking up their order sat there forever!! I felt bad for the Uber eats driver who is now delivering a pizza which already sat 15 minutes waiting for someone to hand it out!!

Our pizza was tasty but not good enough to make up for the terrible wait in a Thursday night!!

Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was left on the community mailbox 2 blocks away.
Called mgr and she would not take responsibility for mistake and tried blaming us for the delivery mistake.
What kind of dumb phaaaawk would deliver a pizza to a mailbox!

Just not as tasty as dominoes or pizza slut.I thought I would try the shaqaroni,but even it doesn't compare to other brands.The only thing somewhat reliable about these guys are the pepper chino pepper and their signature garlic butter sauce,that's it.I can't church up this review any,location is good right off Main Street I'm the Heights but that's about it...

Ordered my food last night at 6ish pm. Around 8 I call them cause my pizza still didn't show up. They tell me to call back in 15-30min. They blamed door dash for why my pizza hasn't showed up and pretty much told me it's not there problem after that. I call back in about 5-10min. they left me on hold for a good 1 1/2 until they closed. I just want my refund. very unhappy and I will never order from here again.

Disappointing. Papa Johns is tasty, but the staff at this specific store is insanely unprofessional. They lost a part of my order and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes, due to a driver taking the wrong order to another customer. While I was waiting in the store for it to be fixed, a staff member called the phone of the store to place an order, for himself, in the store. The staff thought it was hilarious and he stayed on the phone while there were customers calling for over 5 minutes, presumably because they were delivered the wrong thing.
Of course, this meant the food I eventually received was cold.
Don't order here, go to the other one across town. Insane.

I ordered ahead, to be picked up at 6:45 on the app. When I picked it up, it tasted like it had been setting under the warmer for hours. Tough and chewy! So, I checked on the order info, and it said to be picked up at 4:45. What the heck! Never again ordering ahead! Beware!

I did not get my pizza delivered. When I called them to find out where my pizza is they told me I did not call Papa John's I called Papa Murphy's. I looked at my bank statement right then and saw the charge pending from Papa John's. I called there corporate and they said someone probably just ran my card and did not complete my order and the charge SHOULD cancel since I did not receive my order. I have a feeling I just paid for a pizza I did not receive and they are just going to take my money.

Worst customer service, order online it tells you 14 to 24 mins. It takes over 2 hrs to get it. Not a one time thing, happens on every order.

Watch your credit card statements! The driver decided to add an extra $3.00 onto the tip I already left him. After calling the store and speaking with "Ben", and being promised to be reimbursed, I still have yet to receive the stolen money back. Another "manager" tonight said he would mail me the money. We shall see......
